| That's funny you're doing this post now, because the latest Kanojo mo Kanojo chapter introduces one of the MC's favourite manga : the super popular rent a boyfriend AKA Karekari. And you see fans talking about characters like "Hyōhara", Sumio-kun, or Kazuko, and scenes like "you're the first girl to make my heart beat like crazy" and the author is called "Miyashima". I wonder if the author of Kanojo mo Kanojo and Kanokari are friends. Anyway I'd definitely watch that. |

| Actually there is a manga with this very theme you are talking about, it's called: A Scummy Gap Student With a Hard Life Calls Upon a Lady of the Night Its basically Rent a Girlfriend but yuri. And the girl that is being "payed for" is an actual s*x worker who does do things with her clients beyond just dates. The female protagonist who pays for the "special nights" makes Kazuya seem like a saint compared to her. It does not shy away from the darker side of desiring to date someone who works in the s*x industry. Yes your love interest sleeps around with all sorts of people, what do you do now? |

| MC would still be cringe AF. People can barely digest reverse harem shows (no seriously, just look at the MAL pages of them) so it would be shitted on even more than the horse doodoo we have here. |
