| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Meh, this was a dull episode of just buildup for the final exams. This arc (if it can be called that) has a strange pacing. At least Sarada has the support of Sasuke and everyone seems to be taking the exams seriously. |

| So... now that it has been announced that the final test will be the one-on-one battles. All genin needs to prepare themselves for the ultimate showdown that's waiting for them. Everyone looks quite determined for the final exams and not just the main cast. Also, it was nice to see all the familiar faces after a long time. Looks like the rules of the Chunin Exams are different this time around. So, the outcomes can be quite different. |

| Another buld up episode, alright.. Well, seems like they're taking their time to animate the current arc which is pretty understandable imo. The rules are different so we're getting some new kind of chunin exams. All of them are hyped up but only a few of them will be able to pass. The visuals were beautiful. Trouble is arising from the shadows seems like it'll be Inonjin vs Houki. |

| I thought they would show us the 1vs1 fights in this episode but nope next. It looks that everyone trained in their best way, but what was in the end are they enemies. |

| Lol not sure why they're complaining about having to fight each other, that's literally a staple of the Chunin Exam and they did it without complaints the last time the CE was held. "Damn it. What a cruel way of doing things." Well Boruto if you think having to face each other one-on-one is cruel, you should ask your parents what their Chunin Exam was like lol. Just build up this episode showing everyone preparing for their matches. I liked the Ino-Shika-Cho bit and how they explained why Shikadai has never worn his vest. Also, looks like there's trouble brewing. It wouldn't be a true Chunin Exam arc without the exams being interrupted during the one-on-one battles by some outside threat lol. |

| This episode is the day before the start of the chunin exams, love to see inoshikacho gathered together, The moment between Sarada and Sasuke is the best moment of this episode. Yeah Houki vs Inojin. I wonder who will win? |
| So like everyone else said. A buildup episode. Whats the most surprising for me is that there will be only one fight next week, if they stay with 1 fight per week we get a lot of genin fights. Cant wait for Boruto, Sarada und Mitsuki action! But tbh, Inojin vs Hoki is meh... |

| Yeah they finally found a place to stretched things out. Slow pace this out, considering all the characters before facing out the one-on-one battle. Chuunin exam can be a good place to show their determination, and a nice way to break from the source material. Alright then, whatever that last implied, couldn't care more and lets see little Kakashi under Sai's command against Sai's kid. Man, i really hope i get to see Sai surprise expression next week. |

| I kinda wish they extended forest of death episode instead of having this one. But I'll admit this had its moments. I like the whole conversation about Shikadai's vest. And that moment between Sasuke and Sarada. But I doubt Sarada is stronger than Sasuke at the same age. Is she? I'm really looking forward to the 1v1 battles. Inojin VS Houki? I'm betting on Houki :D |

 omg, are u guys see this. Sasuke said that sarada is far more skilled than sasuke. Thats mean, after time skip sarada will surpass sasuke and unlock mangekyou sharingan. |

Even if I am remembering it wrong, Sasuke not killing Boruto when he got possessed is a failure on his part whether he was capable of doing it or not in the situation. Because like he said, Sasuke should have been prepared for anything. He promised Boruto to take him out in the event this happens. If he was unable to stop Momoshiki in time then he clearly wasn't prepared enough for this fight and for all the possible problems that could come up. I am not sure if I remember well too, but I think he didn't realize it early enough that Boruto was possessed. I remember being super shocked when the stab happened haha If he did realize it earlier, maybe it wouldn't be as shocking. But I suppose you make a point about him not being strong enough to defeat him. |

| they better make the match-ups balanced or it would be a lame Chuunin exam! why do we always have somebody who will make a ruckus!? looks like Denki would be matched-up to the Samurai shinobi huh... not sure about the match-up to others... Sarada & Boruto better loose on this on or it would be very predictable! 4/5. |

| Damn after Rock Lee, now they did Metal so dirty as well. He lose sparing with Denki lmao Yeah Sasuke advice to Sarada was "be prepared"? When could we have a good writing in Anime Canon Episodes. Really the Cliffhanger? Are the Chunnin Exam gonna be interrupted again? |

| I enjoyed this episode. I'm rooting hard for a lot of them! Especially Chocho. Also, I loved that moment with Chocho and Sarada at the end. Hopefully they don't have to fight each other. I'm glad they've added this arc and didn't just follow the manga. Gosh I appreciate the anime so much. |
| It makes sense that scientific ninja tools are allowed, if specialized and made by the ninja as part of their specialty. Other ninja tools like shuriken, kunai, scrolls and so on are allowed, the actual ability of these tools need to be derived from the user and not simply seen as cheating like how Boruto did. Looking forward to this outside of some nobodies interfering. Team 15 can't catch a break LOL, first Sumeri now Tsubaki. Their new replacement should be Kawaki!!!!!!!!!! |
