If it was purely POV and the female MC doesn't describe what the male MC looks like or it's not mentioned anywhere (title, background, etc), we won't know if the male is a shouta, teen, young adult, dad, old geezer, or butt ugly fuck. Also Victorian Maid didn't have the male MC get "invasive". His presence wasn't much there and there's only brief glimpses of him other than the usual glimpse of the abdomen and legs IIRC |
