| Even though the last arc was the arc that made me rate it a 10. It did feel a bit rush. I honestly doubt anyone will like the second part more, since I don't know what more the writer can do with the story, but if its great im not complaining. |

| Honest thoughts well I was super hyped to read this manga and was more then ready to give it a spot in my favourites. The first chapter was good as well and then the writer introduced the most edgy cast of characters i could find... I never had a problem with simple stories infact i love simple concepts done right. more then most complex stories perhaps not to mention the fact that simple stories are able to give you positive energy all the time and many thought provoking concepts as well. However to me it feels like that the writer tried waay tooo hard to break the common shounen tropes and tried to make this manga unique. But honestly if anything, everything after the first chapter just made me drop the manga several times.. To start with the mc UNIQUE motivation is boobs, THE MOST IDEAL hunters are idiots with no morals or common sense and then just add gore and some edgy dialouge...and that is suppose to be mature(FYI Its not nor does it has themes which indicate that and there is much more to mature then gore and edgy dialouge) not to mention abnormal characters... I barely finished the manga tbh and i did like aki parts in it. Other then that waaaaay too rushed and i know i am repeating myself but edgy. It creates alot of mess as well ngl. So in the end 5/10 And honestly way too overhyped considering how rushed the ending was as well Woof woof squad is another factor too |

| I really do agree with this. I don't really care about anyone in this manga tbh. The final third of this manga just went by so fast. Hopefully this pacing issue is resolved in the 2nd part. I'm actually surprised it's rated as high as it is. I'd give it a 7. Story was interesting...just rushed. And characters were blah. Except Power. Power best girl. Juju is far superior manga imo. Better everything pretty much. But to my surprise, rated lower. |

Some people who like chainsaw man and who are hyped for it Have you heard of Youngdefiant(the king of anime/manga) Yeah this guy is the most experienced anime/manga fan for over 20 years I guess ,he is hyped up for this ,his taste in ani/manga is one of the best I know he dosent like most anime ,becoz that's his taste And here is where you are judging too quickly ,chainsawman is deep ,you'll see .......... Dude you can literally look at my MAL and see how highly I regard it. I don't really care about some random youtuber and considering who you are pointing me too I honestly think you are trolling me lol. My point is something doesn't have to be really "smart" or "deep" (it's not like that many anime are) or "revolutionary" (not much in fiction is) to be very good. Yet for some reason the community always feels it needs to be. CSM has some interesting themes but there is a tiny % of anime and manga you could really call intellectual fiction and it's hard to say CSM really fits there. It's a really really fun edgy battle shonen not much deeper than that. The fact that isn't enough to some people why others highly regard kinda shows a narrow view of what art can be valued. |
