Well first, Naruto can't break out of the genjutsu himself, he needs the Kyuubi to inject his chakra into him to break him out of it, and by the time that happens Naruto would've at least spent 72 hours in the Genjutsu world which would make him unable to fight anymore. Second, Naruto can fight Itachi 1 on 1 without looking at his eyes or fingers and thus avoiding to fall into his Genjutsu. at the end it all comes down to who can do what and how fast he can do it. If Light can even if Light can somehow write down all of the other characters names into the death note without getting killed first by any of them, the death note won't kill them until 40 seconds has passed after their names are written. And even if Lelouch got somehow everybody to look at his left eye at the same time (which is extremely unlikely), he still need to give them a verbal order which would take far more time than what it would take either Itachi, Naruto or Saitama to kill everyone else, so the fight would be between those 3. Nothing Naruto could do have any chance of damaging Saitama, Itachi in the other hand can give up one of his sharingans to activate Izanagi and become invincible for a short amount of time, then use Shisui's eye to trigger the ultimate genjutsu that don't require eye contact to control Saitama and make him kill Naruto and then himself.

Balloons work in other anime? in what? Soccer? inflatable pools? floating swimsuits? Luffy is literally stretching his arm thin and making its weigh distributed across an area 100s of times wider than it originally was, how would that make it anything but weaker? Throwing 1kg steel ball toward a wall would do far more damage than throwing a 1kg cotton ball at the same speed toward the same wall because the steel ball has the same mass condensed into a smaller area.
Also are people who have chakra even humans? if they are then why wouldn't human from other anime have chakra too? I mean just because they don't use it doesn't mean they don't have it.

Also People seem to forget when Luffy stretches his arm it doesn't thin out across distant like a normal rubber band or other rubber object would, it stretches in length without losing any mass. Gear Third wouldn't just be an inflated fist like a balloon, the physics of his power would actually make the fist larger proportionately. So if his normal fist were lets say to make it even and easy to understand 5cm thick with one centimeter being empty space that air could flow into (unrealistic I know but for arguments sake) and the fist became 1000 times larger it'd be 4000cm thick with an 1000 cm thick air bubble in the center. It wouldn't stretch and thin out like inflating a balloon and become less and less durable and the outer shell become thinner and thinner as it expands. This wouldn't happen because we know he doesn't lose mass, he creates it because when he stretches his arm it doesn't become thinner over distance.
