Time restaints. They wanted to delay it longer, but were denied that. So they had to use more 3D or else they wouldn’t make the time schedule. If they had more time, probably would have less 3D.

yeah I liked it a lot. Mikasa moments were dope.

Subjectivity is a joke on MAL. If you implicitly bring in subjectivity in your counter argument, you've already lost the debate. Also this website is a fankid infestation , have pity on those kids by ignoring there quotes as they have absolutely no clue what exactly is going on.

we all have to realize that this is mappas way to get the eps out. personally i really don’t like that they’re overusing the CG but it what they’ve done probably for the rest of the eps.

Try watching it 720-1080p, it's not that bad and very smooth blending imo. Probably wouldve been better if they add more little blur like ep1

just think. in past 3 season we just have 3dmg and titan but now we got army soldiers, tanks, Battleship,airplane,
million collosal titan incoming

final season is way too complex for hand drawn animation.
as and tv show this is already beyond movie quality

am i the only one who rated episodes 6 is the best animated aot fight?

i am very disappointed with the fans. they are so ungrateful

I haven’t watched the newest episode, but I think the others are all fine, idc about CG as long as it’s pretty good CG. Music and overall execution of the scenes are more important. Like people complained about the 1st episode and I thought that was very good, more so cause I’m fine with CG. If it was delayed longer, probably would have looked better, but that didn’t happen so not gonna speculate.

nah they had different team but in case with aot they just had a very short time to do this adaptation so they don't have any choices to use 3DCGI, you should put the blame on the AOT Committee for giving Mappa Studios short amount of time (Less than 8 months preparing AOT) which is suck but yea that's what it is

Just watched it... I can tell you that this is completely overblown. The CG is not bad at all... The music was fine, it was very enjoyable and hype. Sure, you will definitely see a difference because it is CG. But it is pretty damn fine CG. Compare it to many of the top anime’s that use CG. This is pretty good, it’s able to mix into the 2D well even though it’s 3D. Like I said, you can definitely tell it’s CG, but it is quality CG. Not that anything I say will change anything though. Of course if you focus the CG and you hate CG, then it won’t change your mind because it’s still CG. The movements were all fine though and the action sequences were well done. Maybe I’m too lenient, but I honestly feel like rather than me being lenient, people are being too critical. They are solely focusing on a thing they hate and in this case it’s CG, so they will hate on it no matter the anime if it’s used.
