| Mawaru Penguindrum and Humanity Has Declined were definitely two headscrathers for me. Still enjoyed them though. Also the ending to Monster had me confused for a while. |

| NGE definitely left me with tons of questions, Anno with his mental gymnastics and vague symbolisms. I had to watch commentaries on YT to explain some of it, but even those commentators usually rely on their personal theories when attempting to explain. |

| I loved AOT season 3 part 2 but dang all the throwbacks and explanations about the history and beginning of stuff in the show was just plain confusing. I'm even considering rewatching it just so I won't be this lost. I tried to read a summary but that did not help at all. I don't know maybe I'm just slow, everyone else seem to get it |
