| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Such a great episode prob the best one out of the season!! Pikachu being jealous seemingly trying to return back home to Pallet town (home) along with the the help of Mr Mime was amazing. Pretty emotional & loved the use of the pokemon having flashbacks to their memories. mime carry pikachu & pikachu walking a tired mime was from a scene of a movie i cant think atop my head. One thing we know for sure now, Satoshi isnt stuck at 10 & its been a long journey. |

| every gen has to have some sort of Bye Bye Pikachu episode. very uncharacteristic to give Pikachu the jealousy shtick considering how much it has grown and when Ash always had a project pokemon to train like Charizard, Lycanroc/Torracat, Greninja, etc that said, this has to be like Mimey’s most active episode since his debut 20-some years ago. very underrated of the recurring characters/pokemon. i like the Spearow call-back to episode 1. ngl, i expected Team Rocket to show up and Pikachu just went along with them lol quite an adorable episode tho |

| Ayeee this was a great episode. I absolutely loved the callback to the very first episode of Pokemon and the ending with Ash singing to Pikachu like how Delia did. Ash's mom was also great in this episode and of course Mr. Mime the MVP. |

| Pikachus personality just took a 180 out of nowhere. This was way out of character lol |
| By far the worst episode, Pikachu has been in the team for more than 1000 episodes, he isn't used in like 2-3 days and starts crying like a little bitch, Ash hasn't used things like Kingler since forever and I don't see them crying this much. Fuckin Pikachu is more clown than Mr.Mime |

| Wow Mr. Mime was so wholesome in this episode! :D Interesting how we go from Yamper's jealousy to Pikachu's xD Electric Pokemon can be a bit toxic apparently lol It was a bit exaggerated in this case tho, Pikachu needs to remember that there is a HUGE difference between a newborn that really needs training (Riolu) and some electric mouse that defeated the likes of Dragonite, Regice, Latios, Silvally and freakin' TAPU KOKO xD |

| the flashback to the 1st episode of season 1, as well as how they made the same thing between Pika-chan and mom, and Pika-chan with Ashe, aaaaaaand, how they made Pika-chan and Wanpachi last episode...this really was quite fun :D |

Maybe level is an invalid fact since weak moves can be effective here but not training. Pikachu lost a lot of battles before XY season started but, since then up to now, he got like 7 losses iirc. That's through two entire regions only! :O This gives him a better consistency in his strength, even if he isn't as overpowered as Alain's Charizard. Right now, he only lost to Charizard (again lol) but it was the World Champion :P |

| This episode was unexpected, but now it has to be my favorite so far in the season! Huge amount of nostalgia, and it was nice seeing more of Delia. Seeing Pikachu jealous like that was cute. |

| reminded me the episode "goodbye pikachu" from season 1 only the opposite. kinda saw that ending, both pikachu wants to return and ash to be in pallet xD ash's mother looks like a teenager when she sleeps. and lol she's sleeping exactly like her son xDD |
| this episode was precious! specially the end when ash and pikachu singed the lullaby together😭 that was the most adorable thing iv seen in pokemon definitely one of the best pokemon episodes for me loved it. |

| Kinda torn on this episode. I love the cute scenes between Ash's mom and Pikachu, the fooling around with Mr. Mime and I LOVED Pikachu singing along with Ash falling asleep. On the other hand though it felt very out of character for Pikachu to suddenly be overcome with that much jealousy to want to run away from Ash, especially after all they've been through. The episode is still fine though, just wish it didn't feel so forced in terms of Pikachu. |
