☆ Chancellor ☆
- You can't apply for this position. A chancellor is chosen from the current staff.
- You are expected to lead the club whenever the empress is not around.
- Some requirements are: You must be online every day to check on the club, and knows how to bbcode.
- Your tasks are pretty much everything. From supervising events, reminding staff about things to do and deadlines,
fixing broken codes, updating lists, to helping other staff members with their work.

☆ Royal Artisan ☆
- You are to make cards under CYP's banner and join two editions (or 8 cards) a month.
- You may also opt to do solo editions if you are not up to the themes scheduled.
Just let the empress or the chancellors know beforehand.
- Experience is not required. If you want to learn, this club can be your practice grounds.
Though it will surely help if you at least know the basics of making cards.

- Your job is to make a club layout when asked. New themes will be introduced every month.
- Experience is definitely required, as it is a heavier job than a royal artisan's.

- As part of the gfx team, you will be asked to make badges for team games and other club events.

☆ Minister of Ceremonies ☆
- You are expected to make, supervise, and participate in games regularly.
- As you may have already noticed, we have two types of games here: Team Games/Challenges and Solo Games. TGs are
special as members and staff earn more prestige points here as they play. This will be explained once your application is accepted.
- You are also to help in totaling PPs at the end of every month.
- You are also expected to make new, interesting, and fun challenges and events for the club.

☆ Envoy ☆
- Your prime responsibilities are making the club active by welcoming and talking to new members, keeping threads and
comments section active and friendly, and warning rude members, if there's any.
- Envoys also handle everything from members relation to club affiliations, inviting new members, looking for
and organizing club affiliations.
- This is optional but will be appreciated if you can help in making the club's Discord server lively and active.
