Did Yuiko jump off the bridge or kinda keel over, lol?!! Also was thinking Leo kinda looked like Death Note's L... Thought Sasamoto would make a return at some point, but wasn't expecting it to be because of unstable g/f revenge... Since he set up Leo to save her I can abandon the hate .. yeh really just have a soft spot for megane charas ~^^~ *mourns loss of cute mini harmonica :'<* |

| I absolutely love how Leo treats Yuiko. I think she realizes that she really likes him a lot but she's still kinda dense. He was ballin over everyone on the basketball court though. |

And despite no mention of this earlier, and indeed, him saying that it was for the money, he's doing this because of his girlfriend? Wow. The author should stick to one-shots. |

I wouldn't say he's a "nice guy" since his girlfriend is rather shady so I'd assume he has some sort of darkside in him. (I haven't seen many good guy/bad girl couples in my lifetime). And you could say that his girlfriend needed the money.......eh either way, still sounds like a cop-out. *shrugs* but anyway, who says shoujo manga artists are masters of story-telling? Plus its only two volumes. I think if she would have extended it to more, it'd just get awful Anywho, I actually like it despite what I just said haha *is the biggest hypocrite you'll ever meet in your life* I've never seen such a girly male love interest (at least not since Otomen, but he was definitely more manly if you don't count all the shoujo manga, cuddly toys and sweets, love for cooking, sewing and other female-associated household tasks) and I really like that and Leo is just so cute :3 .........excuse me, I have an uke fetish, don't judge me xD |

Mars and Akuma To Love Song were both excellent. And if you include josei, there are even more quality examples. |

| the problem with shoujo manga is they always have beyond stupid logic. like the girlfriend of the class president threatened yuiko with a knife because her boyfriend wasn't going to school??? how can someone be so stupid let alone go to such extremes all for something as minor as not going to school!??! all the ridiculous events in this manga have one purpose though, which is to lead to lio saving yuiko from some kind of peril. that's all that happens. there are funny moments and heartwarming moments but it's still an unremarkable shoujo romance (thus far) |
| Cute! Liked the ending of this chapter alot, though surprised how twisted that girl was... especially her face, was creepy as fuck!... Anyways funny so far, hope it stays that way. |

| This was so, so cute! I regret putting this on hold for so long just because Motomi Kyousuke's art isn't really my style, because this is a really adorable and compelling story that never forgets to balance it out with hilarious moments. For something that lasted a mere 7 chapters, Yuiko and Leo's story is remarkably well-developed. I'm particularly fond of Leo and wish there are more male protagonists like him - he's honest, extremely affectionate and would do anything for Yuiko. It's a great offset for the "cold, rude jerk with a heart of gold" type that permeates shoujo manga. Special mention also goes to the oneshot in Volume 02, "Cactus Summer Surprise," which was definitely a pleasant surprise. Its light-hearted synopsis (I mean, the hero gets stuck in the form of a cactus!) hides what was a really touching story. |
