Glad we got these OAVs, let's hope S2 comes as well one day. |

| Maybe adding them would be saying "hey these important plot points will be explored so we're going to make a few more seasons to explore them" and they don't want to leave that kind of expectation so they just remove them? |

| somehow I wish there's manga adaptation, so I can read full stories without skipping any of them. I don't really likes read novels, though.
