Here are my critiques, i hope they prove helpful in your next endeavor.

i thought the voice acting and all the audio stuff was good. Im more of a visual guy so i cant say much there other than it all fit well.

i like the camera work for the most part. There was only one scene transition that threw me. It was when Hime goes back in time for the second time. But as far as the narrative goes, that felt a little random so that might have been the problem. I'd say you could cut out a few bits like when the girl was talking to some kid across the table (who even was that?) and maybe a bit else to better set up hime and young hime's time together. Maybe give the guy a little more time.

You shouldnt treat 3D characters like 2D ones. For instance, 3D characters pretty much always need to be moving. You got to use techniques like "moving holds" in order for you characters no to feel lifeless. Look up moving holds to get a good idea.

The style of hime, the guy and the world they were in didnt fit incredibly well together. Hime was super anime, the guy was like a video game character and the world was realistic. Well, the world wasn't always out of place. In the city, a lot of the ground texture and benches and things like that are what didnt fit. The girl's home felt alright. I'd say you can bring something like a blur tool to some of those textures and it'd feel better.

It looks 3d, but there is no shadow in some places, etc.
I personally say, benches, fountains, lamps, etc, should all get there own model made from scratch, which allows you to also re use them in several other places without much attention being put on it each time.
To be honest, the backgrounds look like they were ripped STRAIGHT out of G MOD.
And that really isn't anything of a compliment.......
The animation on the water at the beginning is very stiff as well.
