No, as a BL enthusiast, there are no Anime that have this theme in it. We have a list of mpreg BL manga though.

I remember how surprised I was when I accidentally read a fanfiction with Mpreg. I NEVER KNEW IT EXISTED till I stumbled upon that. So apparently, two male characters making love can somehow make a baby that is female. Yes, I see the logic behind that.
