| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Does...a thread not exist for this yet?! Rin and Madoka make a great combo. I loved hearing them sing Friend (Rin's voice sounded really different to me than in My Showtime though?). Also the school dresses are on point this season. |
| If we're talking duo's, Rin/Madoka are just behind Aoi and Ichigo for me. Personally, this episode was amazing. They showcased Rin and Madoka's friendship real good. What I found most touching was the cake scene, no words to describe it. Not sure if Aoi has ever done something as sweet for Ichigo as Rin did for Madoka. She went out of her way to make Madoka a birthday cake even with her busy schedule. The background music gave that part such a romantic feel but to me I'll always see Rin and Madoka as just Besties. The flashback performances were nice to see. Those girls are really doing their research. |

| It's one thing to get my favorite Aikatsu song, but the build up to it went above & beyond. The harmony between Madoka & Rin resounded all the clearer after seeing how much the song title "Friend" really means to them. |

| Great episode for MadoRin. I'm sure they are more than just best friends and they haven't realised it just yet. Madoka confess she love Rin and make a signature of big heart with and Rin's sign inside. Unlike Ichigo and Seira, Madoka and Rin are really best friends for life. Gotta love to see Madoka smiles, she's too sweet. Rin dedication to celebrate Madoka's birthday alone with her is admirable and really sweet too. |
