Most serial killers tend to be INTJ. Most of the time serial killers are schizophrenic and INTJ at its worst is schizophrenia tendencies.

Yep, but you remember that a person is too intricate to classify in a single tag, it's a normal limit of this test.

same with intj tho

It's either because those two types are the common ones in the internet.... or they are mistyped.

honestly, it doesn't surprise me to see a lot of people getting INFP, INTJ, and especially INTP. INxx types perceive the world in an abstract manner since they prefer their intuitive function over their sensing function... and for some reason "abstract" translates to "more intelligent" in the minds of most people, so they latch onto that description. but all it really means is that N types grasp intangible abstract concepts more readily than S types, but consequently tend to be disconnected from the reality of tangible aspects (which is an area where S types thrive).

the majority of MAL probably see themselves as introverted nerds (most active internet users do, after all), so it's very likely that they're gonna type as an INxx type, whether or not that type is actually correct.

although, i personally never understood why some types are labelled as "more rare" than others. unless some form of reasoning can be used to calculate probability and rarity of the types, there's no way to gather evidence to support those claims. distributing personality tests to the public wouldn't even cut it. ...and speaking of nerds... /end of nerdy post
I think they probably took sample size of people and added up what types are more common and what are not as common.

your Te (extroverted thinking) probably developed more, since that is one of the cognitive functions of an INFP. either that, or you're in the grip of your inferior function. (this explains different types when they're in the grip of their last or "inferior" function. the IxFP section probably describes you if you happen to be in the grip of Te.)

i'd say you tested incorrectly, but i do see a higher Fi, lower Te method of judging reflected in your posts, which would make you one of the xxFP types for sure. and for what it's worth, you remind me of a harsher version of my INFP sister.

Thanks for the link but I'd beg to differ. Over the last year, I've had 'life changing experiences'. Without going into much details I would like to say that it isn't just me who has noticed this change in myself; most of my closest friends and even my own mother says that I have changed drastically. I used to be idealistic, now I'm more practical. I used to be held back by 'invisible walls' but now, only a few things, that would essentially hold anyone back, hold me back. When I took the Enneagram test yesterday and got 3w2, I immediately noticed two things:
1. That was exactly me.
2. That was totally incompatible with INFP type.

So, today I thought I should retake the MBTI test answering every question earnestly. The results were, of course, to my surprise but the overview encompassed the entirety of me; though there were a few aspects in which I differed. I'm not as emotionally clueless as an average INTJ tends to be. If you look at my older posts, then apart from the cringe, you'll also notice how drastically my opinions have changed and so has my style. It is for the sake of retrospection alone that I never delete my comments.

no problem. then it seems to be the other way around: you were suppressing your Te in favor of Fi. then again, depending on your experiences and how life-changing they were, your entire type probably did morph into something different like you said. the latter seems more likely, especially if you wouldn't describe your 'previous self' to be an unhealthy version of yourself.

but yeah, a 3w2 INFP is essentially unheard of. a 3w2 would be rather image-conscious and attuned to the needs of others, which just doesn't match up with the typical Fi-dom. i've heard a lot of psychology nerds (for lack of a better word, lol) claim that any MBTI type can be paired with any enneagram, but i'm inclined to disagree. not all basic drives of enneagram types can match up with any method of thinking of MBTI types. there's bound to be a contradiction with some, which makes some enneagram/MBTI pairs impossible.

Regarding my previous self, I don't wield any opinion of it being healthy or unhealthy. The only thing I do know is that, I was a lot more naive back then. I was prone to never doubt, mistrust, or even hurt someone's feelings. You can connect it to my comment section on MAL lol. There used to be a lot more traffic than there is now. I had a lot more people with whom I used to converse and now I've only a few. Up until May - that's when life changing experiences started to happen- I had about 7500 comments. And now, they're 8406 which indicates that I've become less sociable or I've probably appalled people away or something. This is only MAL though. I don't want to get into details about my real life but you can be sure that my real life has pretty much followed the same pattern.

There were a lot of contradictions. First of all, being an 'achiever' is never an INFP's aim or even a consideration. And that is what type 3 exactly are. Secondly, INFPs are essentially 'selfless', that is, they help others for expecting nothing in return. But type 2, on the other hand, want something in return; though that's the general case, some type 2 can be totally selfless. In my case, I'm both. Thirdly, being emotionally manipulative isn't an INFP thing but it is a 3w2's last resort if all else goes wrong and I've seen myself in that spot far too often to deny it.

Well considering i'm pretty much a HikkiNEET right now, that introvert score makes sense.
