| So ep 11: - We need to put some drama on it ! - Yeah drama ! DRAMA ! - But how? - Kill one random guy, should be enough - Kumagami? How we gonna kill him? - Make up some stupid plan and do it. They said if Yu used time travel they would notice .. how exactly? When Kumagami was sent to them they could bring more people hidden in somewhere. They only needed to defeat them which wasn´t hard at all, Yu alone could do it. But fuck reason, this is why I think this anime is similiar to Angel Beats .. good story and good characters .. terrible drama and execution of the plot. Well whatever, Nao was undressed. I don´t see a reason for that unless if they raped her .. did they rape Nao Tomori? uhuh |

| Is it sad that I think even the awful Fant4stic film from a month ago made better use of its characters and their powers than Charlotte. And believe me, that is not praise toward either series. That scene where Yuu tries to fight the terrorists is one of the most poorly choreographed action scenes in an anime that I've ever seen. A moment that should have been epic and tragic ended up being pathetic. Yuu's shown that he can think on his feet in the past, it was so jarring to see him fail so miserably. |

''Why didnt he attack the girl with the knife'' lol Its not just that : 1) Why didnt they make Yuu time leap 1-2 days before and prepare a better plan. They could even let that dude's family die check their location and time leap to save them? 2)What were the terrorist goals and why were they so unprepared as well? Ok cut Yuu eye to avoid time leap but what about his other abilities? Collapse/telekinesis etc....shouldnt they had some sniper or something to shoot at yuu some tranqulizer dart or something? 3)So everyone risked everything they build.Shun time leaped so many times to make all this work and everything destroyed for dude's family that they could save anyway,if they actually sat and think better? And in the whole show many stuff happened in which the chars did not ask questions/acted conveniently/or their actions didnt make sense/or even left unexplained by maeda Making twists can be good but when they are made by having characters acting stupid or conveniently not thinking/asking questions is lame and can kill the show. |
| This episode was intense alright. Kumagami's death came out of nowhere without any sort of death flag for him at all. Shame, because he was such a great character and all. D= Yu sadly let the shock and anger get the better of him during the scene with the terrorists. Losing his eye thanks to the loli girl, then it all went downhill from there before he used the collapse ability. It's easy to say he should've fought better during this scene, but being in Yu's shoes and experiencing the same emotions as he did at the time, I find it difficult to think certain criticisms of this scene to be credible at all, in all honesty. =/ Who knows which direction this show will take with 2 episodes left. Hopefully there will be some good closure in the end, otherwise the fan-base will be downright pissed off at Maeda. |
| In my opinion the writer made a huge mistake: Time-leap, an ability that allows its wielder to send his consciousness to his younger body from the past. As explained, these special abilities are a disease, which means that it's related to the wielder's body, which means when Yu looted his brother's ability and went to the past, after succeeding he shouldn't be able to re-use That ability since at that time he didn't loot it yet, he only sent his consciousness to the past. That is why he couldn't use time-leap when he wanted, though they also said that he can't use it if one of his eyes is injured. That is my personal opinion and it might be wrong. Also i know this won't do anything but i thought of a plan that will save everyone: After Yu knows that Kumagami has been kidnapped he should time leap before Pooh left the room, call Nao and make her escape. Then they should follow Kumagami with the flight ability, then since once Kumagami arrived to that gang they were all standing there he should steal that girl's power because a normal teenager shouldn't be there for no reason. And then turn the tables around. |

| I'm starting to think this is worse than Angel Beats!. AB was rushed but at least it made some sense and delivered some amount of feels. But this shit, even a dumbass could point out how dumb it is. 1. The pooh dude had a phone while riding but didn't call or text anyone because wow much plot convenience 2. unesscessary Nao fanservice. 3. Professional terrorists that doesn't take countermeasures against Yuu, the strongest fuckin' power user. 4. Yuu doesn't utilize flying ability from earlier episode and gets his eye cut like a dumbass. You have outdone yourself Maeda. |

However, I might add that the fan-base is already downright pissed at Maeda. The Japanese fan-base especially. The scene where Yuu was attacked was pathetic but personally, Yuu is the emotional type, besides he wasn't exactly calm in the previous scene. He isn't the hero, because fundamentally he's flawed. That saying, Charlotte is a trainwreck but I hope, however unlikely, Maeda can write something good, instead shitty, for the last two eps. |

| Only good thing out of this is the truth is completely revealed.. and finally know why show is named Charlotte. I get that the Special Ability of the Week episodes were necessary, but everything after the reveal just feels so rushed, like its a race against time to conclude by ep 13. And the foreign syndicate just popped out of nowhere, immediately after Yuu was told he was a danger and walking bounty considering how powerful he was. Bad writing? |

| Pretty silly episode... But that one guy's death is so comically pointless and forced its funny.... They just HAD to have this minor tiny arc come to cause some cheap tears. Just like few episodes ago they killed off Ayumi but then they resurrected her because fuck continuity. Also I wasn't paying attention but why exactly won't they time leap prior to the fucking cunts threatening the cunt and just kill them? Or better, don't even time leap, just let that one dude die and his family. It would be safer for all. Also the MC, he took over the bodies of the 2 bad guys..... instead of doing anything he looks for a gun in their pockets, brilliant. They were at the top of some fucking metal thing, he should've taken them over and jumped off, they would've broken their legs at least. And when the weird ninja kid was running at him he should've fucking taken over her body and slashed her throat..... |

True, when he possessed both of them I was screaming at Yuu "make them jump off!!!" But he WAS dealing with a hostage situation, and I don't think he knew how many there were, so hurting or killing them COULD have been the worst thing to do. |

| Let's understand something people .. I have answers for you. -Why Yuu didn´t took control over that girls body? She had some power, either blocking powers from other people, and so Yuu couldn´t use his own power or she simply has the power to emit light through her mouth. If you remember, Yuu in order to use his power needs to be looking at the person. With that light, he couldn´t see a damn thing that's why he didn´t used his power. -They didn´t go back in time until the point where that guy with family joined them because it was way too back in the past and things could have gone wrong and in the present where they were in, that academy could not exist in the first place, was too risky. - They didn´t left that guy on his own because this is a god damn typical anime where risking everything for one guy's family is worth.. get used to it. - Yuu didn´t killed those guys because he is a fucking pussy. Do you really expect that he would kill those 2? For various reasons, first he didn´t know how many people where there, harming them could be dangerous. Second, he is not a bad person, he doesn´t kill people. Why? This is an anime get used to it. - Yuu didn´t took control over that girl after being hited because he was in panic, and in a last move he tried at least to harm those guys so that he could save his friends.. it actually made a lot of sense. NOW, PLEASE LET'S DISCUSS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING .. WAS NAO RAPED ? BECAUSE SHE WAS NAKED WITH NO REASON TO BE !!!! |
