| Hello I have a problem here whenever I watch one of my torrents from UTW subs it's white album btw, VLC just freezes whenever the OP comes on. Can anyone tell me why this is happening? :( |
| No, but I can recommend you get CCCP's MPC instead, that shit runs anime without a hitch compared to VLC's constant buggering. |

| I've never had any problems with VLC. It's the only video player I use. OP, do you have the latest version? |

I'll check Edit: I do I'm not really sure what the problem could be. I actually have an out of date version of VLC(2.0.8), but it works just fine. But I'm also on Linux, which may make a difference. |

| Well if it's just a specific video or videos then at least you know it's not a problem with your player. I'd try a different torrent. If that's not a possibility double check your settings and your processes running in the background to see what could be freezing it up. Or at least redownload the file in question. Which may be sucky if you're internet is slow but that's about all I can think of. |
| It's probably an ordered chapters issue. Some anime torrents will have the OP/ED as separate video files to save disk space, and you need to have them in the same folder as the episodes. Did you delete those OP/ED files, or move the individual episodes somewhere else? |

Even if they did, missing segments are skipped. VLC probably shat itself at the title typesetting. Can probably be rectified with a reinstall (with default settings) or screwing around with the subtitle rendering settings (if any) of VLC. |
