In my opinion: the main things of the Nasuverse are composed of everything that Nasu wrote so for the fate franchise it would be stay night hollow ataraxia and also zero (yeah he didn't really wrote it but it's in the same continuity than stay night and he supervised it so.) and also the Fate/extra and ccc but it's in an alternate universe.
