Lel, Anybody would notice knowing her circumstances why she's mostly calm and reserved (which actually is a positive thing for her specifically), those some people are d haters denying, which is to be expected.

I do agree with his point on liking her for her backstory and how she develops from her experiences/idealism through her relationship with Shirou, all the way to the emotional end. However, as you said, I also liked her for her calm/dignified personality (even her formal way of speech), and seeing that same protective, dutiful, and reserved person being adorable, revealing their weaknesses, their girlish side, and even being funny in such a natural way.

I have nothing against the Idol heroine either; I'm pretty fond of Rin. She had established her best BRO role for me starting from the Fate route, and got solid roles in UBW (Being the Main girl, yet she was still nice enough to let Saber in on some of her fun lol), and of course... Heaven's Feel.
