| I liked this episode a lot. Good to see all the new characters finally come around in the anime. And Kakashi's face while Gai was helping was hilarious. Best part for me was the reactions of everyone when Gai decided to give him a piggy-back ride instead xD |

| God. You know it's bad when they themselves are celebrating the end of the arc. Fucking. Finally. Although its not like the next few episodes are anything to look forward to, just fagface sai being a dick to everyone. God I can't decide who i hate more, sai or sasuke. whatever, theyre basically the same person. At least this episode moved a bit after the first half. Liked Tobi's voice, I didnt really remember him much from the manga so it was kind of a surprise. They better not drag out the next arc like this last one was, the handshake scene was just unbearable. I swear i watched gaara put out his hand, i got up, left the room to get a drink, came back, and naruto is still just staring at him. shake his fcking hand already you douche stop stalling! dfsgsdgsdfgsdfgnalutoblah. |

I hope they do understand that, most people that I know that watch Naruto, would prefer one episode every two weeks rather than have either fillers or a very slow pace. That's actually a really hard decision for me, given the three options of slowing the pace but still getting an episode a week, putting regular episodes out every other week, or having occasional small filler arcs, it's hard to pick a lesser evil in this case. To be honest, I think i would actually prefer occassional filler arcs, provided they came inbetween major arcs, not right in the middle, and didnt last more than 5 episodes, and not more than 1 filler arc in a row. Granted, naruto filler is craptastic, but they did manage to put out at least 1 or two filler arcs before that held my attention (out of what, 50? lol.) if they could manage to put together bearable filler, thatd be my first choice, ruining the episodes by stretching them out like this being my last choice. |

| so naruto pretty much didn't do anything this first arc. i was looking forward to a new an improved naruto but aside from the new rasengan, he still uses the same techniques and still can't control his temper lol. sakura on the other hand has become badass, it was really nice to see her new abilities (and to see her do something else besides be obsessed about sasuke). extremely disappointed with shippuden as a whole tho. if it doesn't improve, i dunno if i can put myself through this series. |
