What a great result at Villa Park today! Shows Chelsea won't run away with the title as many predict. Still a four horse race. Still hope for Arsenal!!

I might be biased but I think Liverpool have a bigger chance of winning than Arsenal. Look at Arsenal's injuries, I don't think thet can stand up to the 'big teams'.

Beating United today is important. Gotta capitalise on Chelsea's loss.

Why wasn't Rafael shown a 2nd yellow there? Clattenburg's spreading his influence once again..

You gotta be a bit more lenient with red cards in these derby matches.

I'd give him the red card, though, it was pretty obvious.

Welp, he could've avoided the tackle...but fair play is expensive.

Also, too bad Gerrard's temporary greed didn't work out, if at least one of those opportunist volleys hit the target, that would've been incredible.

Yeah, I saw him. My mother was livid (she's a Man U fan). She kept asking how he had the nerve to show his face at Old Trafford after throwing away everything he achieved and destroying the team he built.

Messi could get to 500 easy within the next 2-3 years. He also could break the all-time Champions League record this year.

AC Milan have been in decline since 012 when Silva and Ibra left the club. When the money dried up in italian football they all suffered. But Milan made some absurd signings turning the club into a retiring home. Inter doing just as bad.

On the other hand today is looking good The Kings return at the Bridge

Chelsea V Galatasaray

Last time Chelsea were the only team left in the CL they did pretty well going all the way ;)

Last couple of years our signings have been the worst. But I can't be mad since 1 man is doing all the shit and deciding who shall leave and arrive. Only decent transfer was Taarabt which is a fucking loan, and even now i am starting to doubt that they won't buy him of. And yeh, we also have the most overrated player ever in Mario, who is just... well there to fuck up the team chemistry.

Btw very boring CL night, might I say so myself.

And now he is out injured, which potentially could be our second key player missing in June/July.

But from what I saw he had a fairly good game, more impressed by De Gea, he did a splendid job. Also, as a side note, I see Rooney defending way too often, does tell something about United's main problem, I think.

Nah, won't be that easy this time around. Liverpool is in the Champions league next year. That's a huge plus during signings.
I don't get why players, just for the sake of a bit more money, go to Chelsea and Tottenham and just sit on the bench the entire time =/

Salah could've been playing with the likes of Suarez, Sturridge, Sterling, Gerrard, but he chose the bench over them. Such a pity. Rodgers is set to get a 60-80m transfer kitty, so I'd say Konoplyanka should be ours if we go for him quickly.

I really hated what Basel fans did today but glad for the team that with 10 men they could win the eliminatory. I hope Basel finally wins the UEL.

Also Sevilla's derby was exciting and played with passion. Great victory for Sevilla.

I doubt it, our best winger currently is Sterling and neither Allen, Henderson nor Coutinho are good playing as wingers. Salah would easily get into our first team.

CL Quarterfinal matchups:

Barca vs. Atletico
Real vs. Dortmund
Paris vs. Chelsea
ManU vs. Bayern

All pairings are interesting, I'm especially looking forward to Paris and Chelsea for some reason. I doubt Dortmund will destroy Real as they did last year, them seem a lot stronger this time around.

As a Bayern fan I'm not sure what to think about ManU. I'm not really following the Premier League but apparently ManU have really lost their edge with Fergie. I think we still shouldn't understimate them although a couple of years ago they would've been a bigger threat. As a Bayern fan as of late you really don't have to be afraid of any team.

Not really, the front four of Suarez, Sturridge, Sterling and Coutinho is the attack which got you back in the title race for the first time in 5 plus years and you want to break that up for a 21 year old who has never played in the premier league?

Atleast Rodgers would give him a chance. You do realise Mourinho's only and only intention in signing Salah was to stop him from going to Liverpool. Seriously, fuck Mourinho.
