| Noein and Steins;Gate are the two that primarily focuses on time travel. I liked both because they developed on time travel a bit and the characters were developed. |

| Not exactly sure if these anime have alternate worlds could be considered parallel in nature, but they are alter worlds, mostly Cyberpunk, so the 'internet' acts as a different world that compliment the other; Serial Experiment; Lain Ghost in the Shell Darker than Black -(not cyberpunk) Mnemosyne OVA series -(not cyberpunk) But I may add +1 for Steins Gate as it is literally everything you asked for. |

They are definitely worth a watch. But as I said and many others have said Steins;Gate is exactly what you are looking for. |
