| So my friend asked me if I knew of this anime she saw a picture of but didn't have the picture and only remembered vague things about it so I wasn't able to think of it despite how much I've seen so if anyone could help I would appreciate this is what she told me she remembered about it. "I saw a screenshot of anime that seemed interesting but I can't remember the name of it. | Well it is a very moe girl with a very moe voice. I remember MANY videos at youtube from she doing many different things. I think she has blue hair.
