| They did not censor it!!! You know, the corpses of the guys that tried to capture Annie but failed? They show that, yet censor things like Mina's mauled face or half of Franz's body. Why? I can see what some manga readers are ranting about, but it didn't damage the episode as badly as I thought it would. I just wished you were just as decisive in the anime. I'm a little conflicted about the whole crushed under the rubble business though. Shouldn't Armin have moved Eren out of the danger? Or did he really put that much faith in Eren's regeneration abilities? He grew some balls though, that's for sure. Nice to see more Hanji and Jean around during the filler parts. Though not sure why Annie stuck around longer than she should have. She was making a break for the walls, but got baited. Lost control? I dunno. Action is the main strength of this series, and well it obviously shined here. Same would go for music placement. Animation here was great, though the pictures themselves obviously won't look too good. This leads me to this: Only problem. The guy that went splat. Eh? I think that was something people were annoyed with. I can only say that unless that dude's sword was held incorrectly, causing a nasty accident, that should not have happened. Am I going to hell for pointing it out? Or am I safe because I rationalised it? Back to me. Not sure what else to say. I have this feeling in me that says the series could have ended on episode 24 if they stuck more closely to the manga. Filler, while good and all, was filler. Obviously they stretched it out the last 2 episodes to make sure it all ends on episode 25. I won't lie. As a manga reader, I really enjoyed this episode. It was much better than I expected it to be, but some changes did bug me. Never the less, we're at the season climax now, and the studio is going all out. Hope they didn't waste all the budget here. 4/5. |

| It is ridiculous the numbers of people posting their hate on this episodes and the series, considering how well this episode did on the poll. Almost 20% of the posts are hate and complain when only 5% of the votes are 3/5 or below. How desperate are them to hate on somethings good just to stand out and get some attentions. Always complaining and threaten drop, but come back next episodes everytime. Just pathetic. |

While I might as well count myself as one, I didn't hate this episode. I however, understand where they're coming from. Just let them whine all they want, the majority is overwhelming. | Just read this episodes' chapter. I find the filler good and how Eren transformed differently and the ending with him punching Annie was excellent, compared to the manga. Don't see what all the fuss is about. |

| BTW ARMIN IS SO COOL THIS EPISODE, HANJI TOO!! MIKASA TOO!!! OMG OMG ARMINXJEAN MOMENT <3 <3 <3333333333333 Too bad Hitch only appeared for 0,00000000045 second. I don't know why but i always love the filler part from this anime, it's like, the filler is written by someone who treats the series dearly, they wrote it really carefully so it won't damage the franchise. The manga is great (really great), but people need to understand that anime and manga are a different media, the anime can multiply all the potential that the series has, and WIT studio did it exceptionally. I think that would be the same for the wall worshippers in the church that Eren punched Annie into. They'll show next episode. Probably. |

I say season because the only way to answer even half of the questions that fans have would be to destroy the whole thing in one episode. We've all seen it happen before, but I can only hope that we've moved past destroying epic anime with "wrap-it-up" last episodes. |

I am so in love with this series that I started today and got to 24 today, that I would be even giddy at 3-4 seasons or even more as long as the feel, storyline, char dev and eye-popping sequences maintain consistency. |

If they do this, it will be an all-in-one-no-need-for-a-second-season stretch :) With the final battles with Annie and the situation with the Wall Worshipers, and (perhaps) hinted that the chase is still on... they have the last episode covered, I guess. But I think you're right - this episode feels a lot like latest chapters in the manga. |
