If Malgraph have updated my profile the number of completed series should have increased but it's the same of 2 days ago. Maybe it does the update but doesn't save something? | On this account for the overall view it says I have 230 manga. http://i.imgur.com/zbne4rZ.jpg But in the "Manga Summary' is shows 0 for everything--like it should be as I have no manga read for that account. I'm curious as to where those 230 came from. |

| Sorry if this has been posted already, but my MALgraph reports a much higher total time spent on anime than MAL does. I think the bug is that MALgraph sums up the total length of time even for series that I have dropped. The biggest discrepancy is Bleach, which shows up as 8784 min. on my MALgraph whereas I have only seen around 6 episodes. |

| Thanks, fixed. New code went live without too much testing, and one small change broke the History tab. If you have this problem please post here, I'll refresh your profile manually. I just wiped the HTML cache for all users, hopefully that fixes it for everyone. |

I haven't read much manga, but it's hilarious to see than Masashi Kishimoto isn't at the top of my favorites list, since I've read more than 60 volumes of Naruto so far. I think it'd be fair to count event incomplete titles, if that's possible. There's still a lot of series that aren't even complete (and won't be for years) |

| MALgraph insinst on me having 194 manga in my manga list - despite the fact that it is empty. That i vote 7.54 grades below the average(having voted an average of 0.00 so to say) is also meaningless, without having voted on any. I don't know if it shows that because it thinks i have manga in my manga list, or if you display that anyway. It's nothing serious if it's the later, but removing it might be a nice little detail. |

| I think you're mistaking manga list views with manga count. I see how it may make you think the other way. I think it can be solved with adding "for", so it says "X for anime, Y for manga", or "X anime, Y manga views", or something else. |

| If you're curious what happened, read this: https://github.com/rr-/malgraph4/issues/122 - basically, our host downgraded PHP to 5.3.27 instead of upgrading something else. Since MALgraph works on PHP 5.5+, everything stopped working. We're sorry for the downtime and very annoyed by the amateurish approach by our host. It happened around 3 AM here, so we didn't catch it until now. |

| Try opening the command line and entering ipconfig /flushdns - it helped some users in the past. I'm not sure it would fix it if it persists for so long, but may be worth trying. |

If you did everything correctly, you will see something like http://i.imgur.com/pDlMuvc.png . --edit: idea-- You can also enter "ping 176.119.33.99". If it pings okay (no information about timeouts), it means you have problem with DNS server. You can, however, trick your computer into believing that "mal.oko.im" is located at "176.119.33.99" without going into fixing DNS problems by adding "176.119.33.99 mal.oko.im" line at the end of "C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts" file. |

| Not really a bug but more like 'damn this is hard'. http://i.imgur.com/hi26Peh.jpg For some titles that are long, they are truncated. Well for some truncations, the MAL hyperlink supersedes the "Hide this recommendation" option. In my picture on the left I showed in red the target area of where I can actually click to hide the rec for a Ghost in the Shell title. On the right is the same but with Kimagure Orange Road. For some reason only that tiny spot was where the hide-the-rec popped up for me. A fraction of a millimeter anywhere else and the MAL link would be highlighted instead. |
