Pretty much this, people are easily swayed by flashy previews, raise their expectation to unreasonable levels and than hate an average/decent show more than it deserves. |

| One fangirl claimed second season should be good...so I don't know. To me, so many things were way undeveloped and left unexplained, only for things to get 'good' near the end. Most of the bulk is filled with flashy repetitive attacks that you already see in the intro, so the fights aren't really all that stellar to begin with. |

To me, it seems a majority of the budget was placed in the first episode. Well, I still enjoyed the show as it did at least pick up the pace the 2nd half. Hopefully season 2 just bothers to explain the holes. |

| Because it's not very good. I don't care to go into detail, it's not like it was really bad or anything. Just watch it if you want to and don't if you want to save yourself from mediocrity, but just don't make a thread about it. You could probably be done the show in the time you'll waste reading stupid replies like mine. |

| It's pretentious and pandering, like SAO. K seems to think that its plot is a badass buildup in the style of Durarara!, but instead falls flat on its face because of how slow the story moves and how the story wants us to give a crap about various characters but fails to do so because the characters are written poorly. |
