| I didn't like the old Satoko either, going all Nii Nii >.> .. but I like the present Satoko when she's with her friends. Being trap master kind of makes their club's games a bit more fun, and I absolutely LUV her laughter. <3 I think Mion over Shion now that you revealed the truth in "Kai" behind the incident with the mass Onozaki murders.. Also, I think she's too agressive when approaching obstacles and tends to almost go out of control unless she's held back, but she's a bad ass with gunz and all :P I think it's a shame the relationship between Keiichi and Mion didn't develop any further in the anime. |

| I think that Teppei and his pink haired whore are the only people truly deserving of hate in Higurashi. I couldn't help but love Satoko after reading the Tatarigoroshi-hen manga and TIPS about her past. Her smile and perserverance just endeared her to me, even after her horrible past. Satoko ;_; |

Oiishi got on my nerves a lot, he was kinda annoying, always inviting ppl to go to his car over the air conditioner. | As finishing the first season, I vote for Satoko (definitely for her annoying "nii-nii"). In fact, I hated for a short time all of the main characters in their own arc, except Akasaka, Keiichi and - of course - Rena. They just cannot be hated :3 |
