Just I like it enough to buy it and watch again. Funimation can be streamed to any device, including your TV. But I sound like I'm advertising now. I wouldn't buy things like movies from anywhere but reputable sources (funimation/Amazon/Stuff like that). |

| Some obvious signs: Region Zero English/Chinese subtitles (except some Region 3 / Taiwanese DVDs) Way too many episodes on too few discs -- in years past, 12-13 episodes on 2 discs was virtually always bootleg, but now many companies do release like that. In any case, 24-26 episodes on fewer than 4 DVDs is almost certainly bootleg. Check animenewsnetwork to see if official releases exist for the region in question. For newer anime that have just recently aired in Japan, there won't be official overseas releases, and the official Japanese releases will be insanely expensive. In sommary: if it seems too good to be true, it usually is. |

Quality depends on the company that made it, and it varies. You're better off sticking to streaming or torrents. Or buying it just for the box and burning your own DVDs. |
