My name is Ed, my nickname, both in school* and online, for as long as I can remember had always been Special-Ed, but since the internet is growing so populated I had to adopt a secondary name; Sir Pigeon. I am a general artist, albeit a very lazy artist, but an artist none the less. I got into drawing before I had even seen or heard of anime (or even Japan), so I never had those embarrassing attempts to draw anime characters in my sketchbook.
The first of anime I ever saw was Episode 2 of Inuyasha, the first time it aired on YTV in 2003. Those who know the show might understand the impression that left me with. From there I began watching the YTV Friday night line up, then after a few years it switched to the Saturday night line up; Bionix. Then in 2007, I sought to watch more than the Big Three on YTV. After spotting an interesting .gif in a forum, I wanted to see the show it came from, and began an internet search, which is when I happened upon Stage 6. This was when I first encountered the idea of watching shows over the internet. I found the show I was looking for, Utawarerumono, and proceeded to watch the whole thing. Afterwords, I followed the recommendations and watched Inukami. That is how I got started, and from then on is one big blur.
