Are you looking to pay or would you rather it free?

If you want to pay, SiteGround from what I understand is pretty decent for $6/month but I haven't used them personally.

For free, I suppose you can use this list but they may not have everything you need.

SiteGround has good hosting, but when it comes to FTP, I rather have it local, so my advice is:

TypSoft FTP server, it's pretty good.
