Now that you say that and I think about it, is seemed abrupt that she did that, so that it was almost awkward (right term?) after, and Kirito only was shocked for a few seconds before things started moving again. |

LOLwat I already argued to someone about it. First of all. SAO is a game. Name any game you can think of, when you die, what happens? Your dead. You can't preform any actions. Some games might let you lay on the floor waiting for rescue and others might send you back town/savepoint. SAO just lets you stay there, for that 10 seconds, then you shatter. Kirito lost all his HP, he should not have been able to preform any actions. Thus, breaking the entire game system. Which also stated in the novel. And no all you CoD fans, he doesn't have Final Stand on. |

No reason to think they won't stick to the novel; because while they have ruined some parts by rushing (particularly bad in Aria) they still have done a decent job sticking to the novel. They just lack in including small details which is to be expected since all novel adaptions have to leave stuff out. |

They couldn't move and much less attack someone who is suppose to be the final boss and kill him in 1 hit. |

If its a critical hit, one hit is all thats needed. |

If its a critical hit, one hit is all thats needed. Everyone else who died couldn't move at all (maybe like they'd stick around, but they certainly couldn't really move even in Kuradeel's case). The guy is the supposed last boss...of course he can 1 hit kill Asuna and Kirito (the boss they just fought was able to do it). Doesn't make any sense if they could also 1 hit kill him other than plot convienence. |

The romance in SAO is indeed fast paced/rushed but in terms of time their is way more build up since they have known each other for a longer period of time. |

| When you need to rely on "lolwillpower" to justify overcoming paralysis and defying death, you know the series is bad. It would work in a standard fantasy setting, but a semi-realistic VMMORPG? Yeah, no. |

The romance in SAO is indeed fast paced/rushed but in terms of time their is way more build up since they have known each other for a longer period of time. That's where the problem lies. The time skips. It makes their relationship really weak because we don't see anything that happens during that time period. Suddenly there's a confession and it goes right into sex and marriage a few hours later. |
