I walk everywhere. I don't have motor transport.

Three times a week, I lift weights, then do about 30 minutes on the elliptical machine.

I still weight ~103 kg so I don't run on pavement. I wouldn't have started exercising again if not for elliptical machines.

In terms of martial arts, though, I'm way out of practice, so if I ever start that up again, I'll have to get back into shape.

At what age did you all start exercising?

I didn't like exercise except martial arts as a kid, and I didn't have many chances to do real martial arts, I just got into fights.

Around age 20 or so I decided that I really had to get serious about losing weight and I started trying to do regular exercise for fitness rather than martial arts ability. Regularity of exercise generally varies with standard of living -- when I was unemployed, for example, I didn't ever join a gym. Now that I have access to cheap gym membership, it's a much more economical decision.

Also, I used to have very little willpower and personal organization when I was younger.

every second day! ^^

I walk, play tennis, and play DDR (which is actually good exercise) and also attempt yoga.

Rarely, but it depends on what you call exercise... Any form of physical action right?
With that logic, pleasuring yourself is a workout as well... Well, sometimes I do ride my bike trough the city or something, live in a quiet area so it's ok.

I work at IKEA. I help people load their cars with furniture, beds, tables, and etc. I also push the shopping carts around. Sometimes I push like 120 carts at once.

Does physical therapy count? It's about all I've done since a car accident in December. Though walking around the college campus to my car counts as a lot of walking I suppose. In general I'm a bum unless forced to exercise.

Yea college can be a great motivator to start getting in shape. I workout 4 days a week, and the school facilities are good. For those going to college, check out some of the programs that students or faculty run. I think most colleges most likely have things like kickboxing, extreme boot camp type workouts, etc. Really puts a twist on the same routine to keep you going. Now that school is starting up, I got to get pushing to keep fit for an upcoming cruise.

I never exercise, unless walking/jogging/running down 20-30 minutes to Barnes & Noble and walking/jogging/running back 20-30 mins to home counts?

I think about exercise...most exercise I get is walking the dog, which I don't walk far. It usually ends up me sitting in the grass and letting my dog run around while I smoke cigarettes.

The reason why my bike is broken is cuz the chain gears got all messed up and need to be looked at by a professional.

It hasnt been fixed yet cuz my mom has been procrastinating about it for months on end.

I wouldn't say I exercise or at least I don't exercise to exercise. I'm just a hyperactive outdoors freak.

So... let me change that. I guess I exercise nearly 24/7. Besides the time I'm sitting on my ass in MAL, that is.

Roughly 2 hours each day (depending on if I have work/ a party).

A one hour walk through the park along the river, 30 minutes on the rower, and 30 minutes of strength training. Football/ wrestling got in the habit, and I just can't sleep if I don't do something active during the day anymore.
