For me, I cried in: -Air: Ending -Clannad: T.T Dang near every arc AND a vast majority of After Story made me cry. But I think Katsuki and Misae's arc hurt me the most of the arcs before (not including Kotomi)... the real After Story. -Grave of the Fireflies: ALL of that made me cry... I'm even doing a school project that involves the movie because of it... I didn't sleep for two days after I saw this movie. -ToraDora: Episodes 19 to the end... -Shugo Chara: Episode 77 and the ending (NOT including that Party! crap)... -Full Moon wo Sagashite: Episodes 40-51 -Fruits Basket: ...Too MUCH of the ending got to me. And volume 16 of the manga involving Tohru's parents and their meeting. That always gets me too. ...To name a few.

Madoka Magica Sayaka's depression: As a Sayaka fan, it hurts to see Sayaka hurt so much. Madoka's death: Really sad when Madoka's brother started drawing her deceased sister. Steins;Gate Mayuri's countless death. The first had the most impact. Gradually it lost impact however... Clannad Ushio's death There are probably more. But, this is all I can think of.

I've never cried during an anime, tv show or even a movie. I'm kinda desensitized that way. On the other hand though there were a couple of moments where I get mad. Like when Naruto rescued Gaara only to find him......

Oh boy, where to begin... Trigun Wolfwood's confession while he was dying was just brutal. First the guy says he's content, but then as it goes on, he starts listing all of his regrets in his life wishing that he lived his life more carefully while wishing that he could stay with those he cared about. Also cried afterwards in the next episode when Vash was pretending to go about his daily happy routine while eating donuts, only to break down into tears as he mourned the death of his friend Wolfwood. Angel Beats When hypothetical scenes of Hinata and Yui becoming lovers were shown before Yui was 'obliterated'. And of course the ending, when all the main characters were "graduating" and the final moment between Otonashi and Kanade. One Piece One Piece tends to be good at jerking heart strings all around, but one very random moment completely caught me off-guard in the Sabaody Archipelago arc. It was the moment when the World Noble/Celestial Dragon shot Hachi inside the Human Auctioning House with notions of slavery and racism. That was sad but what broke me down into tears is when Hachi tried to stop the enraged Luffy from retaliating in fear of endangering them even further. It didn't help that he said that he deserved it because of his affiliation with Arlong who in turn was the cause of Nami's suffering back then. Naruto Shippuden I've never been a big fan of Naruto to be honest, but one character's story really touched me in the series and that character is Pain/Nagato. The moment I broke down into tears was when he finally realized the error of his ways, proclaiming how his experiences had led him to truly lose faith in his master and worst of all, towards himself. This moment was great as I felt that it wasn't trying to force a sad atmosphere, making for a very effective scene where it simply lets the audience empathize with the character in their own way. Full Metal Alchemist "Mommy, why are they burying daddy?" 'Nuff said. T_T Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood Hohenheim's final moments as he has an internal monologue on his way to Trisha's grave (his wife). What moved me was when he claims that he had always been seeking death due to being immortal, yet now when he is finally dying he learns that he would rather stay alive and go on living with his children. Kara no Kyoukai: The Garden of Sinners Movie 3 When Asagami Fujino was coughing up blood everywhere, struggling to maintain consciousness after her fight with Shiki. Making it worse, at that time she finally decided that she would rather go on living and continue loving Mikiya, rather than revert back to her murderous ways, only to see Shiki looming over her ready to deliver the death-blow. Not so bad afterwards when we find out the Shiki actually spared her and cured her from her fatal illness Movie 5 Tomoe Enjou. Just Tomoe Enjou. In particular when he came to his senses, recognizing the pain his family went through when he went back to visit his house. Also his final moments when he finally gained confidence to stand up for himself and his family despite having discovered that he was a puppet clone of the original Tomoe Enjou. Movie 7 Almost teared up when Lio gets rejected by Mikiya, where the former proclaims that he would rather die than become a "special being" like what Lio claimed himself to be. Reason why I didn't cry and felt content was because of how Lio handled it (in which he had a frighteningly awesome mental breakdown) as well as the realization that he actually deserved it. Props to Nasu for creating such a great tragic villain. And...... when Lio and Shiki commence their final battle. As Shiki struggles to keep up with Lio's speed, she begins reminiscing her days spent with Mikiya only truly wishing to spend a normal life with him, thinking back on the fact that him simply being there was what always made her happy. Cue Shiki crying on-screen for the very first time in the whole series and hsfgveiuakgehilaukg OH GOD THE FEELINGS!!! T_T

Several have left me in tears but the one that was the most tear-jerking of them all was H2O: Footprints in the Sand after Hayami's death. When she died, it made me see the true meaning of life for someone who has truly struggled after she has lost everything she had. I know it's very similar to how people like Tomoya from Clannad or Yuzuru from Angel Beats have lost what they've had, but this girl, you'd have to read her character bio and watch the anime to get the whole meaning of where I'm coming from. It's not a popular anime, but it's truly worth it if you really want a legit slice-of-life tear-jerker.

Fullmetal Alchemist The last episodes of the series. Fullmetal Alchemist Conqueror of Shamballa It just killed me, the last third or fourth of the movie had me renewing my tear rivers. I watched the whole thing- Winry's bravery, Al's heartbreaking copycatting of Ed, Ed trying to find his brother using the other side's Alphonse... and then as I was lying in bed trying to sleep, it suddenly occurred to me that Ed and Al's world is alchemy-free. They worked their childhood/midteen/teen lives practising something they can't use in their world. And without their family and friends. Alone. They have each other, and their bodies for the most part, which is- I understand- the entire point of their quest. But they suffered so much and their ending wasn't even that happily ever after. Someone made the argument that Ed must have had children with the alchemy world's Winry because of the OVA- Kids, but I think when they were practising alchemy on the street and none of the three kids could do anything was put in to purposely demonstrate the world they remained in. Blood + Haji's death. Saya's scream.

It's reasonably easy for me to cry, but I will say biggest SOBS were from Clannad: Afterstory and Angel Beats. Newest tears, I almost ALMOST cried last night during Xam'd: When Furuichi is fighting Akiyuki about how much he hates being in the shadow of him and just wants to be in the limelight and noticed by Haru, and he starts to get overtaken by his grief and can't go back from his Xam'd. When they finially clense him he has a breakdown, esentially, and goes to buy three Ramune for him and the other two and then the military come for him and he just kills himself to make everything go away. Then Akiyuki finds himself loosing who he is and get's stuck (partially) as his Xam'd. BOO. Ohhhh gooood it was so sad. >__< Not like KILL ME NOW sad like the other two, but definitely got to me!

Well, over the last few months to a year from what I can recall... (too many childhood moments) 1) Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood - Episode 10, 53-54 and 63, a few times. Also, Hajime No Ippo: Mashiba VS Kimura - The end result. Many moments in One Piece. (I got much manlier yet more childish at the same time... does that even make sense?) TTGL - Episode 8. Rainbow - Most manly Sakuragi moments. Clannad - Tomoya and Ushio on the train. Fairy Tail - Every time they play the main theme for Laxus lol. Bleach - Ichigo vs Renji 2, Ichimaru Gin and Komamura/Hisagi/Tousen. (Few more, can`t recall at the moment) Fate/Zero - Kiritsugu`s past story. Code Geass R2 - End. (I know I forgot some but hey, I had a long year and that`s what happens when so many anime leave this kind of impact on you)

The only time I ever actually cried during anime rather than teared up was in steins;gate, in episode 21 When Mayushi gets hit by the car, and Okarin carries her to the apartment to go back in time, I was tearing up all the way through the episode but when Kurisu throws the bottle of doctor pepper, then Okarin turns back and she's gone, she has her speech about him remembering her and then when Okarin starts making his victory speech was when I actually started bawling when Lucy dies It's weird though, I spend alot of time looking for an anime that's renowned for being sad because I like sad anime, yet the one anime that I wasn't expecting to be sad was the only one that managed to make me cry... But I usually tear up at least once in every anime, usually because I'm sad that it's ending :)

The only 2 animes i have ever actually shed tears to where Pokemon the first movie, when ash gets turned to stone, but i was very young back then so i don't know if it counts or not One piece, when ace dies, the only reason I actually shed a tear was because of how long i have been watching one piece for and how attached i am and watching luffy scream and cry over ace made me shed a tear Apart from those 2 i have never shed any tears for any anime, although there have been a few anime that made me extremely sad and i came very close to shedding tears.
