Pretty sure Hercule (Or Mr. Satan, whatever you wanna call him) in DBZ had body hair.  I also believe a couple characters in One Piece have body hair as well. But you're right, there isn't much. |

| In Gintama, in the tamatebako arc, some "tortoises" have chest hair. There's a guy in Basilisk with a lot of hair, which he uses as a weapon, but I'm pretty sure I already saw that elsewhere (there's probably a hairy youkai meme behind those). |
