| I'd like to see more of Tenten. I think the ability to produce hundreds of weapons is pretty underrated. Lots of people complain about how she does nothing...but guys she's a side character. There isn't enough room in the spotlight for everyone. I think Haku is pretty underrated also, especially when you consider he was only fifteen. In the databook he had a 4 for speed and intelligence and a 4.5 for hand seals, which, for his age, is pretty amazing. One day I was exceptionally bored and wondered how strong Haku would have gotten if he hadn't have died. ---Skip This Section if You Don't Care How I Got My Answer--- What I did was take fifteen characters (Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, Neji, Tenten, Rock Lee, Hinata, Shino, Kiba, Ino, Shikamaru, Choji, Gaara, Kankuro, and Temari) and recorded their stats from each of the three data books, then I calculated the percent improvement between each data book for all of them, after that averaged that out for each stat, lastly I applied those to Haku's numbers. Keep in mind databook 1 contained his actual stats and the next two are speculation. For frame of reference, a perfect score total is 40, Itachi's is 35.5, Naruto's from the beginning of the series is 14.5. -------------Ninjutsu Taijutsu Genjutsu Intelligence Strength Speed Hand Seals Total Data Book 1 --- 3.5 ---- 1 -------- 1 -------- 4 -------- 1.5 ---- 4 ------- 4 -------- 21 Data Book 2 --- 4.5 ---- 1 -------- 1 -------- 6 --------- 2 ------ 5 ------ 4 --------- 25 Data Book 3 --- 6 ------ 2 -------- 2 -------- 7 ---------- 3 ----- 6 ----- 4.5-------- 33 Now keep in mind the max for each stat is five. Here is where more speculation comes in, in our imaginary world, when data book 3 comes out Haku is around 20'ish. I don't see how someone that strong when he was fifteen would only have twos for taijutsu and genjutsu when he was twenty. Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, Neji, Tenten, Rock Lee, Hinata, Shino, Kiba, Ino, Shikamaru, Choji, Gaara, Kankuro, and Temari mostly had higher stats in taijustsu and gennjutsu in the first data book than Haku, which means, basically, the wouldn't have needed to train that much in those areas. This, along with the fact that they were on leaf and sand village curriculum while Haku was rouge gives enough wiggle room to round out his stats a bit. This is with all his stats higher than five knocked back down. -------------Ninjutsu Taijutsu Genjutsu Intelligence Strength Speed Hand Seals Total Data Book 3 --- 5 ------ 2.5 -------- 3 --------- 5 -------- 3.5 ----- 5 ----- 5 --------- 33 ---Start Reading Again--- Those stats say that Haku would have at least been able to compete with Sasori, and he would have, according to the data books, been stronger than Kisame, Hidan, Kakuzu, and Deidara. Underrated? I think so. |

They liked to show how smart Shikamaru is since shippuden started, they showed how Ino gained one new jutsu, looks like Akamaru just got bigger not any stronger, They did show Hinata's strength a little against Pain but she only hit him once. Recently made Chouji look like a badass with his wings(I'm glad they are sticking to his name), Did show Shino's bugs abilities and Shino's usefulness. You can be sure Neji and Lee got stronger, but Tenten hasn't shown anything at all. |
