| Awesome bloody action with plenty of blood and guts, it seems like the Getter Robo team isn't fighting Mechasaurus anymore, but some kinda demon-things. This is my second Getter Robo series (after watching Shin Getter Robo v Neo Getter Robo, a misnamed series if there ever was one), so I'm not sure exactly what's going on or how this fits in with the original timeline. Whatever's going on tho, it's bloody well awesome :D 4/5 |

The animated series are often "reboots" (with a few exceptions). More specifically, those modern adaptations are systematically reimaginings using elements from various manga/TVshows and even franchises. |
