| This anime is being more frustrating than entertaining. WTH Yuma, stop being a frigin brat! This is the most annoying character in yu gi oh ever. And they make him the star of the new season? And now they're wasting 4 minutes explaining basic rules that were actually rather obvious, even to new players? The episodes just draaaaaaaaag for so long and end in idiotic cliffhangers. Seriously, that was the reason I quit watching Naruto Shippuden. Im giving this show a chance, til about episode 20 tops, if it doesnt get better by then Im pretty sure Ill drop it. |
| lol, this series remind me so much of Megaman exe and Mega-man Starforce. I can tell this is going to get good and Yuma has alot of developing to do : ) And I love Astral's observations "Observation # 3, humans must eat and release energy in an endless combination. However they will die the moment anyone sees them doing so." 5/5 |

| It annoys me that the only subs I find are LQ. I feel like it hinders my enjoyment. Anyway, as previous posters said this definitely feels like Megaman. I hate the character designs too. |

| Actually playing them face down is better since it makes the opponent think twice about attacking not knowing the DEF of the monster and all. Flip effects are a bonus as well |

| This Yugioh becomes more and more worse than 5Ds and GX every time they explane BASIC rules of Yugioh. And the animation is just to childish and weird compared to all the other Yugioh series. And it seems like they are moving at a very quick pace which feels a little TOO fast. I am becoming more and more disappointed each episode. 2/5 |
| Actually, in real life, you cant just summon a monster in face-up defense position. You have to set it in face-down, the only way to summon a monster in face-up defense is through any kind of special summon. Something, that the previous series practically never did, they always summoned a monster in face-up defense mode. |

For crying out loud NOT everyone who watching the show will understand the dynamics of a duel. When I saw Yu-gi-oh! for the first time ever, I had no idea what was going on for at least a dozen episodes. I had to play the video game, "forbidden memories" to actually learn about the rules. lol, I lost so many battles due to taking so much damage from lack of understanding the concept of : low attack vs high defense = bad move. The way this show actually explains basic things is kinda nice. I will appreciate it when Yuma is finally an adept dueler, but until then this pace is quite all right : ) |

I feel your pain. @kazukiuchiha, it makes no sense for him to be a master duelist at the start of the series then it means there's no room for him to grow. He needs to be the stubborn brat that he is or else he's just prime yaoi bait with Astral. Especially that toilet scene |

It almost hard to watch when you play the game like I do. Yusei was a pro from the start and I liked that. Judai was an average player as well. Yuma is just sad so far. And it makes me even more angry when I see some of the cards that they are using because I wanted some new good cards for the card game in real life, but so far I have not seen anything good except some of the exceed monsters. |
| Decent episode, not as good as the last one. Needz Moar Astral! Yuma needs to chill and just accept Astral's advice, it obviously won the duel for him last time. Urahara Out!! |

| Astral's observations were simply the best fun of YGO ever. And the 2-eps plots are amazing, doesn't matter what. The virus thing seems attractive, shows the tecnological desing of the city. By the way, rules explanations are NOT bad. First, consider that there is a younger audience watching, and basic rules have NEVER been explained since the first gen. Second, remember that this generation has to show us that these characters are very young (12-13 ys old) and still HAVE to learn rules and tactics. So it's very logic. |

| Astral and Yuma make quite the comedic pair, I wasn't expecting this. "If we're seen releasing energy, we'll die!" "My word!" LOL So numbers control people and make them evil. We haven't seen a face-down monster in ages lol. |

| honestly i needed an explanation. im just a anime watcher. the defending monster 3000 vs a atking moster 1800 . honestly i didn't know why the attacking monster didn't get destroyed so explanation was good for some people. (noobs) |
