| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- I'm the one who create this? Seriously?! Wait, I will edit this later. At first I thought it would be a filler, after few moments, this episode manage to show thing that been lost throughout series: self-determination. Now Jack surprise us by talking about being independent. Have to praise the animators for amazing scene when they racing to decide who's go first. Riding scene maybe not as strong as the duel, but it bring us another entertainment to enjoy. Like in episode 144/145 when they pulled another great race + amazing sound effect. Yusei also has guts to remove both of them from play. Maybe it resembles about how they are going to face their future without something that they were holding to since long time. Anyway, Ruka looks good in second half. |

| I'm not a fan of this ending. This would have been more epic if all of the Signers got to duel in some battle royale. I'm not here to see these two goons duel. Aki>>> |
| I thought this extension of an ending was pretty blah but i cant judge since there are 2 more episodes left lol I guess somewhere deep down i knew it was gonna end this way lolol on a side note, rofl @ crow's new job |
| I didn't like the episode much either... GX had a similar ending too, where the characters were talking about their chosen paths for life. Well, Aki wants to become a doctor, kinda surprising there. I was surprised that Crow joined the Security too. Yusei became a little like Kaiba, I guess... And only Jack was the one that I liked. I liked the fact that he gained back the attitude from the first season. But lol, Rua blushing at Ruka. Incest much? |

| oh well gotta move on, i don't know why people don't like this episode(besides the quality, that's understandable because of the earthquake) Aki wanting in the medical field, ironic crow became one of the security personnel, and jack beating everyone from Bommer to Kiryu, glad they use kiryu's original voice, don't know about Bommer. he sound too different O_O oh and Ruka and Rua Incest FTW :P very surprised how angry Aki reacted, well they don't want to keep away from the team, but at the same time they have their own dreams and goals in life. so yeah gotta choose what's best. can't wait to see more of this duel :) |

It was funny as hell That was actually the crazy scientist in love with Momentum, I actually thought it for a second aswell though ^^ OT: Love how they show the characters after a bit of time passed, what their goals are etc. Now time for the final duel, Yusei vs Jack. |

| Who's the guy that was talking to Crow? Aki went for another hairstyle. I can't say I like it too much. I think maybe 2 years have passed max since Aki's still in high school. Yusei's finally given up his orange and blue jacket and went with a really snappy suit jacket and some causal clothes. Rua and Ruka look nice in normal clothes. It's a nice change from their basically identical outfits. Aki also seemed to have donned some normal clothes instead of whatever dress/jacket/garter combination she had. Crow looks like he's cosplaying Ushio XD. And of course, Jack never changes XD So the final duel of the show is Jack vs Yusei. It doesn't involve Yugi so there's a first XD. I like it. Hopefully this can help everyone see that they have to move on towards their own futures. |
| Of course it ends this way. Yugi vs Kaiba is how the first series should have ended too. |

| As expected, gotta end this with a duel between rivals/friends. And really enjoyed this episode. Was cool to see what everyone was doing and that they have plans for the future. |

| Was miffed that the final duel of the series is Yusei vs Jack yet again, mostly because Jack's gotten even more arrogant than before with his talk about his bond with 5D's not mattering as much as his own future anymore. In a perfect world Jack would win just so that we'd finally see Yusei lose on-screen. |
