| well they found it using a simple answer to a complex question- using magic used to find hidden items to find the gate, next time the ultimate dungeon perhaps with the key as the reward? |
the only way to stop a gamer from playing is either: beat them, or wait until they get bored (though 2% percent suffer seizures  |

| Well, it took forever, but we finally got some progression. And, How! Now I'm getting excited, I like this show. And, I have since the beginning, but it was dragging pretty hard. Yes, we had a little story progression in almost every episode. And yes, I know it's supposed to be like this because that's what it's like to play a mmorpg. It takes forever to get anything significant to happen, and a lot of time is spent just talking with friends or wandering. So I understand that, but those 13 episodes could have been 6-7 episodes, and it would have been executed much better. I can't wait to see where it goes from here!! Urahara Out!! |

They are like siblings, or a therapist and a patient. Basically as far from romance as it comes, but don't get me wrong, it is still a human bond with a lot of investment. BT may not be up to anything other than prove herself and maybe try to get something from or for someone ingame.... |
| Finally some plot after 12 episodes!!! which would not be surprising if it were not because there are 26 episodes in total. The rhythm so far has been very slow, I understand that it has been to deepen the characters and give context to their emotions, but could have been done the same in fewer episodes because some have told virtually nothing. Still, if the main story stays the same level as this chapter it's going to make it interesting. |

| This Church in the middle of the fog already looked awesome, but now with the fog dispersed it's one of the most beautiful locations I have ever seen, it gives me this Dark Souls vibe. |

| The problem of this show is not slow pacing, it's repetition. Even if they contain characterization, there shouldn't be so many "empty scenes"... I liked first 10 episodes, but now it feels like a slog a bit |
| also there is another big problem. Lack of humor. I've read the novel AI Buster, that is a prequel for this anime, and it was much more interesting. The reason? Author created interesting and funny situations using the MMORPG VR setting. Hack//sign also uses this sometimes (when Tsukasa just leaves mid conversation), but AI buster really shows how fun it can be. For example, the novel used the fact thatthere are three voice mods in this game, to create situations where characters accidentaly said something "bad" in talk mode instead of party mode. Or how characters were using / commands to show expressions, etc. Anime is completely different, and I don't like this |
