| See, there was a lot of care an planning that went into this series D: We get to see a lot of back-story about the originators of magic, showing that those who suffer deserve the magic they own, not those who don't. I really loved the world presented right from chapter 1 and it's sad to see it end. But it's doing a nice job finishing the explanation of how its world works. | I don't like how this series started out great and slowly turned into this at the end. The big boss turns out to be just a Freudian patient and I hate stories about the fate of the world depending on romance. Not to mention how Anise was degraded from a cat to a much lower life form for a few chapters there, that's just annoying. And she lost her cool too easily. Still, the characters are likeable for the most part and I liked the comedy bits about Shion's pureness combined with Emma's denseness. The art can use a little work (so we can tell what the heck we're looking at) but I will certainly be looking out for anything new from this author. |
