| I like Hiroshi Kamiya voice and he is a really handsome man, but I don't feel anything towards him except finding his voice attractive as hell and finding his work impressive [which I can say about many VAs anyway]. I'm not the kind of person that wants to marry actors either, I'm attracted to the characters they play not the actor itself. The same face in a different role may not have the same effect on me either and certainly not the person behind the character, same thing with any kind of cinema/internet personalities. It's just weird, I can call them attractive, but I won't delude myself to actually wanting to marry them. [some fantasy here and there is okay but there is a fine line between this and a full-blown parasocial relationship]. One of the reasons I don't follow VTubers nor any fanarts/fics of them - yes the avatars are hot, but there is a real-life guy/girl behind it, not a fictional character, which stops any kind of attraction instantly for me. |
