| So it does look like they're focusing on each main girl per episode around mid-season now. It's Niko's chance got to see some of her past. Even though Yuu is weak, he wants to help her in any way possible in the present. It's one of those underdog stories but I think it just goes to show how selfless Yuu is. I wish they didn't put so much pressure on Niko but that's life for her. |

| Being invested in both Kazuki and Niko stocks so I literally can’t lose>>> love both girls sm, but man it’s hard not to feel weak in the knees when you see how adorable Niko is. Just like her sister, she’s had to play this tough badass role her whole life and while she does absolutely enjoy martial arts and challenging herself, she doesn’t want that to be the ONLY thing that defines her. With Yu, she’s able to be the vulnerable “girly girl” that she’s never really had a chance to be because of all the pressure of the entire martial arts team looking up to her, her father, etc. It’s no wonder she, like her sister, fell for him so quickly! As for our new love rival, I knew Tatsumi was gonna be a POS from the jump. Just the way he surrounds himself with people and carries himself like a total arrogant prick. Yea, he stopped the handbag thief, but he even made that look like a dick move lol. The absolute audacity of this dude to think he could just snatch up Niko and bring her to his school. Talking down on her teammates right in front of her, essentially belittling her too for “wasting” her time with them.. thank goodness Yu’s there to stand up to him because Niko probably takes that plunge otherwise. Yu being the weakest person in the show and willing to stand up to the strongest person to keep Niko with him is exactly the sort of thing that makes a girl fall in love. I like how he goes from being soft and shy to determined and fierce when it comes to defending the girls! His mom would be so proud. Peep how Niko is lowkey happy to have her crush and hero fighting over her. She’s just a girl on the inside 😂 All of Niko’s little blushing faces this week as she realized just how important Yu and her sisters have become to her lately were so sweet! She might be the most in love out of all the girls so far and fell the fastest too since episode 1 really lol. Can’t wait to see the result of Yu’s training and how he’ll pull this off. I doubt it’ll be a traditional win. |

| Ayase Yuu! I knew from the start he was a trickster! Hahaha! I thought he challenged him to cleaning or something like that, I’m not sure! But honestly, it really shocked me—it was actually a fair and convincing challenge in my opinion! And if Yuu wins in the next episode, I won’t mind at all! Now let’s talk about the important part! The cake of the season—the moment I’ve been eagerly waiting for! The Niko arc! Niko is the main reason I started watching this anime! (Mainly because Gosho Aoyama made an illustration for this anime.) But seriously, I’m enjoying this work so, so much! The height difference in this episode cracked me up! Oh man, Niko is *so* short! Even shorter than Ayase Yuu! Can you imagine?! For me, this anime is a 10/10! I’m having an amazing time watching it! See you next week! Until then, keep smiling! | Such a great episode for Niko! After a couple missed opportunities, she gets to tell (a bit of) her true feelings to Yuu and to see him act as her knight in shining armor. These two were just so adorable blushing all around and supporting each other. Yuu sneaking into the challenge letter some serious handicap for the guy made me laugh. I thought it was a nice touch that, while Yuu is part of the reason why Niko doesn't want to move, her renewed closeness with her sisters is also another big reason. Great episode, can't wait to see the next one :) |
| This is perhaps the most cliched episode so far and I don't mean that in a bad way xD But Yuu could train for 5 years and he wouldn't win. Now if we go the full cliche route it's going to be Niko who will fight in his place or better said for herself and somehow win. |

| I swear behind every door or closet is either Yu or an eavesdropping Mikadono or two. Got a feeling the belief that Yu is genuinely a fighting prodigy will end up being a bigger handicap than the dominant limb restriction. |

| Best girl arc, Best girl arc, Best girl arc... Watching blushing Niko so addicting. And Yuu keep unknowingly rizzing her up even more, and she getting more red, peak. She was also able convey her feelings to Yuu and her sisters. Seriously a healthy supportive family is way more beneficial than efficiency. "I have flushed my pride down the toilet"😭😭 Yuu might just one of my very top favourite Harem protagonist (2nd even behind Arisu) the way he is going. The way he barged from that locker and protected Niko is too cool. And obviously he sneaked in a handicap even he won't dare to challenge a national champion. Although I still think he will get is ass handed but still win Niko with his loser rizz somehow.. |

| I can see why Niko is very popular with fellow users here. Not only was she fearless in taking down the thief, but her endless blushing reactions upon hearing Yuu's declarations was really sweet. =) Still, trying to take on Hayato, himself a prodigy of karate and someone who's stronger than Niko, is almost an impossible challenge, but I do applaud Yuu for going the lengths he has to try and help Niko to stay at the school where her fellow karate students admire her along with her sisters Miwa and Kazuki, who also want to do their part to help out. The post-credit scene was pretty funny, where Yuu's challenge letter had a restriction where Hayato can't use his dominant hand and foot. He's right to say that pride is irrelevant if it means to help increase the odds of Niko staying put. Fingers crossed Yuu can perform a miracle and somehow win. |

| Niko is such a softie at heart. So are her sisters too haha. It was so cute how they shared their favorite things with her because they didn't want to see her go. Also how they were eavesdropping on her too. Smart of Yu to make that dude not use his dominant hand or foot in fighting. Otherwise that really wouldn't be a fair fight. @perseii he's indeed overprotective, that's one of his main traits. Niko can't win at all since senpai has body advantage (just like in real life, that's why weight classes exists in martial arts). Anime omitted this bit, but manga stated it clearly.

| We're getting beautiful episodes back to back ! 🫶💖 How did this turn into a fight to decide who wants to be with Niko !? 😅😅 When Nico flustered and opened up about why she wants to stay with them like how she has gotten used to hearing Yu's 'Have a nice day!' damn, that was so sweet ! It just melted my heart. The music that played in the background same as the one for Kazuki's ep last week for that scene was chef's kiss.. 🫰 I wonder how this is gonna turn out even if Tatsumi agrees to Yu's demand for a handicap lol |
