| Very disappointing... 4/10. The art is ugly and underwhelming which makes the whole tone of the story very lackluster in creating mood and overall tension to the horror aspect. As for the end itself... It's difficult to accept. Even though the twin sister is a woman who seemingly can't stay single without a man, you'd imagine she wouldn't be stupid to want a clone from meeting one who ate her sister, and probably knowing from the doctor that his clone initiated the murder and attempted to kill him... The clone daughter was odd... and I'm not sure what to make of the message that the sister Ai "won/stole" the doctor (Yuu's crush) in the end, while the protagonist Yuu got murdered, and even her clone commited suicide. Just like she never succeeded in having a proper boyfriend in the past... That's depressing as hell for Yuu. Unfortunate since it had great potential with most of its concepts. |
