This was an interesting one. I liked having a tournament that didn't involve combat. What was cool was using ACTUAL GAME PLAY FOOTAGE and I played the hell out of Columns and Fantasy Zone as a kid. Passion Panty is ridiculous though. Now World Peace is at stake!?

This was more pervy than I expected, but i like it so. I always enjoy these quirky OVAs like My Dear Marie, Magical Witch Punie Chan etc. I really hope the white passion panties triumph over evil and bring peace to this arcade gaming land. muhahahhahaa I also love how many Sgt. Frog cameos they crammed in here
