Kamidori Alchemy Meister - How do i save!?

I just started playing Kamidori Alchemy Meister, i want to save and then quit the game. How/when can i save progress?

Is it only durring combat i can save my game?

when on map?
right click then pick save option?

Oh wait - I feel so stupid now!

I just realized i could bring up the menu by right-clicking x.x (normally it would be escape?)

Thanks for your help though :P

Menu is almost always opened by right clicking in VNs.
