Title says it all, looking for a fun battle shounen preferably with a lot of good fights and a decent ending. I really like One Piece, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, YuYu Hakusho, Fate/Zero and Hunter x Hunter and to a lesser extent History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi and D. Gray-man. Pandora Hearts, Inuyasha, and Rurouni Kenshin were all somewhat enjoyable.

Both Ao no Exorcist and Soul Eater were quite fun but the endings were completely botched. Hitman Reborn was soso, worth watching but mediocre a lot of the time. Fairy tail kind of sucks in my opinion.

And as I said I kind of need it to be within 25-50 episodes. Right now I'm considering The Law of Euki, Shaman King, Beelzebub and Legend of the Legendary Heroes. I really have no clue what to choose though and would like to see more options or opinions on the matter. When you've seen as much as I have it becomes hard to find something good!

Shaman king is the average shounen anime.
I suggest you to watch Legend of the legendary heroes, it was kinda enjoyable and if you want something more funny try watching Belzebub

You have quite a lot anime on your PTW list...

Busou Renkin (26 episodes)
Nurarihyon no Mago (2 seasons, 49+ episodes total)
Medaka Box (2 seasons, 24 episodes total)

As for your current list, I found Law of Ueki and Shaman King very enjoyable. Shaman King more enjoyable on the humor side and Law of Ueki actually has some sort of ending unlike most battle shounen ending openly forcing you to read the manga, though it does a sequel.

Beelzebub wasn't much of a battle shounen than it was a comedy shounen with some fight scenes every now and then, and not really battle shounen kind of fight scenes.

Legend of the Legendary Heroes isn't a battle shounen, it might have fights and be shounen, but not that kind of battle shounen.

Go with The Law of Ueki
Kickstarter for Rokujouma is fully funded. Good work everyone. Lets wait for the result of our hard work together.

Shaman King was good though the ending was a little lacking. Stay away from Law of Ueki, and Beelzelbub isn't a great battle shounen and doesn't even start going down the route of being a battle shounen until over halfway through the anime.

Nurarihyon no Mago
Flame of Recca

I also see you have Toriko on your on hold list, that has recently gotten to 100 episodes. A pretty enjoyable series.

I think I'm either gonna choose Law of Euki or Nurarihyon no Mago. I remember the latter caught my eye because I want to see what's up with the second season and I like the typical youkai thing.

Thanks for the help guys, don't know what I'd do without mah MAL PALS. /high five

I haven't seen Nurarihyon no Mago so far but from what i heard the first season was a little childish and the second was pretty good so that would be my choice as well.

Yea, the first season kinda went retarded and IIRC, poorly adapted? Season 2 really makes up for the crap season 1 is.

I would not recommend Shaman King the endings in both anime as well as manga were pretty bad and disappointing.
The Law of Euki was weird i guess, won't have that huge impact on you but i didn't regret watching it.

Well I really don't have too much options for these type of anime. I know none of them are gonna be like FMA: Brotherhood, One Piece, or Hunter x Hunter but I suppose I'm okay with that. If it's even a little enjoyable I'm enough of an otaku to be happy about it.

Im just wondering how you didnt watch Bleach seeing the topic but well you probably have your well deserved reasons.

I plan on watching both Bleach and Naruto when both stories are finished and fully animated. I'm betting Bleach will return when they are ready to complete the story and I've heard Naruto only has a year or two left. Basically I figure I've waited this long, might as well wait more and then watch the whole thing minus fillers.

Hmm don't think so with Bleach, but i guess with Naruto you're right and i would obviously prefer Bleach coming again as well but it just doesn't make sense to end earlier so close to the end then.

Well Bleach is a money maker, why wouldn't the bring the anime back when the manga is finished?

Hmm really? I thought they just stopped it because they didn't want to have to do anymore fillers. But honestly idk much about the situation. Either way I'm gonna wait it out and see what happens in a few years.

Shaman king
Magi?
Drop fairy tail the quality of the series stays the same or gets worse, I don't know why I tortured myself through 175 episodes thinking it'll get better.

This, given its an alternative (and better) version of an arc in a classic shounen battle manga. It's not mindblowingly good or even great, but it's serviceable and seems to be what you're looking.

By the way, Medaka Box doesn't really classify as what the OP is looking for until its second season and the genre shift. Wonder if it's getting a third one.
