I miss the moments of my school days when there was no pandemic. Everytime there is a typhoon its somehow special feeling for us because we go all excited and shout suspended! suspended! indicating that classes should be canceled and we can just laze around at the house, watching anime and taking a nap in a chilly weather. there is this time to that i miss the most before the pandemic, its when im going home from school and there's a typhoon, and I just feel nostalgic whenever I remember my umbrella getting blown of by wind and all. mannn i just hope everything goes back to normal again

Rin truly felt big sister in this episode. And just the whole FAMILY bonding!

Kouki with the onions was ME.

We also get so many other influences of good parents in Daikichi life. I really really like that inclusion.

Daikichi is the man! He should be the role model for guys who aspire to become good husbandos. Haha
But yeah, it's ironic that, in plenty of cases, guys who stay single and have never been in a relationship are so good at caring for the ladies.
Yukari is such a hot MILF! I love her sleeveless outfit.

Kouki is the most boy-ass boy in the world. Seeing him at school was pretty great. As a male teacher myself, knowing what young silly boys go through at school really brought the whole sequence to life for me. Like, its not as if the teacher was bullying him or whatever but there really is an invisible wall between female teachers and young male students and even skilled and caring teachers can't always get through it consistently. Boys just need their innate dumbass energy matched sometimes by an adult that still knows why you'd want to measure how big your poop is, lol.

Another thing this show does really well is show the maturity and sense of kids. Its heavily idealized because even kids that can be like this aren't always like this. Rin is obviously almost perfect without being ridiculous but in past episodes Reina showed some grown up emotional awareness and even Kouki is a grounded and clever boy. And he's also quite accurately rather immature despite his capability and awareness. Kids are weird little people but they're people and media doesn't always do a good job of actually showing that.
