| This episode was...weird. I mean, the walking animated vegetables and the party fighting them. Wtf Definitely one of the more silly episodes compared to others but nothing really surprises me in this anime anymore. |

| The Dark Forest stratum awaits, home to a bunch of Konosuba vegetables and The Great Deku Tree, apparently. Director Dark is a very disturbing individual, but a great fit for this anime. I'll always welcome some manzai. Then we've got this disloyal hoe of a hunter who's joined the Necrolord in exchange for material wealth. Ain't no use for your money if humanity's exterminated from the dungeon, now is there? |

| No one noticed that mark on top of Boxxo until now huh, well at least they know that it was Boxxo that was rigged and not the teleporter now. Also that short moment between Lammis and Boxxo was funny, Boxxo got real excited at the idea of a Lammis smooch there lol, too bad we got the cockblocking plant monsters to keep that from us, it was a good bit tho. And Director Dark certainly is quite the character, his mouth not moving when he talks is a little odd, but he is pretty amusing tho and he’s got a fun personality, not one anyone wants to be around tho lol. And did my eyes deceive me, or did Boxxo become a vending machine that’s basically a TV? They really have one for everything. And now the gang has successfully dealt with another enemy commander, this time a gambling babe in debt, Hevee was pretty clutch in getting info out of her here but I like how he fumbled near the end when he let the shoe fetish strike again lol. And I guess from here the stratum lord is all that needs to be dealt with, if only they could do a controlled fire or something, then the burn ban wouldn’t be an issue. |

| The manzai vending machine was neat. Director Dark's going to have a hard time matching that level of riff. Heevy was doing so well gathering info from that girl, but he just can't hold off on his idiosyncrasy! I think he got everything they needed though. Honorable mention to Lammis's insane tree throwing skills. I think they should incorporate that into this upcoming battle. |

| Welp, having Captain Kerioyl and his family as their enemy now, even the transfer circles have been tampered, bringing Boxxo, Lammis and Hulemy into the Dark Forest Stratum instead. Joined by Shui and the others in the Menagerie of Fools next, they head next to find Director Dark of the stratum (recommended by both Shui and Hevee), though he's quite the figure of bad jokes and all, close to quite the manzai performer that Boxxo can at least retaliate with a clawback. The road to the stratum boss takes days to just clear a path before Director Bear and the rest catches up with them to identify anyone working wth the Netherlord on his plane, and one such hunter flags out thanks to Kikoyu and Hevee's mind reading and manipulating techniques being its commander. Uh, are we getting somewhere with the dark stratum lord? Feels like this is still a slow-burn... |
