Senkuu, Xeno, and Chrome. Three of them worked on finding out where to head. And they succeeded to find a place that thousands of years ago was the epicenter of the petrification beam's disaster.

I liked that opening scene with chibi Xeno and Stanley. Their friendship is in some way similar to friendship between Senkuu and Taiju. :)

Kohaku's another catface was cute as well, haha.

The opening theme for this season was already good, but wow! I didn't expect to see such a beautiful ending theme. Dr. Stone has always had great OPs and EDs, but this EDs' quality is truly exceptional.

Okay, that backstory at the beginning was good. Last episode left me wondering why Stanley would chase after Xeno; but it seems they're not just co-workers, but have a childhood bond. That also explains why Stanley chose to protect Xeno when the petrification happened.

This episode also closed another question of how Senku knew South America was the epicentre; because of his dad's observations from space. I loved the deductive reasoning between Senku and Xeno this episode. Especially the realization that the beam should have hit the spacecraft and through the ground if it had spread in a regular sphere.

Both of them knew which direction the epicentre was, but only by cross-referencing and looking for the intersection could they determine coordinates; truly elegant.

Also, that ED hinting at a bond forming among three of our warriors. Intriguing.
