Yuke puts on yet another impressive display of abilities against the shadowss. Their party members also made progress too.

I'm more or less impressed about the design of that labyrinth though. The shadowed turned beings were more like mindless monsters than anything. But hey, at least Yuke's party showed that they all improved.

I can’t lie I got chills seeing the newly formed full Clover team holding hands walking into the dungeon, fuck that’s so cool. Also, JAMIE SCREENTIME AND A NEW OUTFIT?? Omg she’s so gorgeous. Best episode yet 😂

In all seriousness it actually was a really nice set up episode for the climax. It’s only right that Yuke had to confront people from the past to truly move through to his goal of tackling the abyss gate. I can’t lie, I got goosebumps when we saw thunder pike in Finis. Deep down, that’s the world Yuke always wanted. A world where his best friend and party acknowledged him as an equal and praised him for his contributions. All he wanted was a “thank you, we couldn’t do this without you” In another world, things could’ve turned out this way.

I almost felt bad for what happened to Simon now.. why couldn’t he have just appreciated his friend/said sorry. Yuke would’ve 100 percent have forgiven him, even if he didn’t come back to thunder pike.

That part of the dungeon can play some interesting mind games regarding memories and desires. Those were NOT the reunions I was suspecting would occur.

Delectable.

"Is a calamity-class dungeon the place to be flirting?"
Yes, yes it is.

Clover ready to enter Tenebre and Achromatic Darkness, this is the biggest test of their camaraderie ever yet.

With the stream ready to go, using the Seeker's Compass to find the Abyss Gate takes precautions to the party's surroundings to find the royal mausoleum, and the fear on the party (as seen by Marina's reaction) facing Shadow Stalkers, the threat is real. The thing is, Yuke and the others definitely have seen Shadow Stalkers before (when he killed Simon in Glad Shi-im) that didn't attract to his magic, and the leader himself using Persephone's curse art is useful and all to reach the greater depths.

Still, having to see former adventurers turned into Shadow Stalkers, they've no choice but to cut down each and everyone stopping them in the midst of their way, and soon enough, they reach the royal mausoleum in Finis, though it's rife with someone's memories of when Yuke and Jamie's old Thunder Pike party were still intact with no problems at all. It's memores he wished would have become reality seeing Simon and the rest being well and fine, but that reality is far and gone away.

The memory walk of regrets, how desolate would it have been if things had went differently.

7:12 oh my Rain hopped on top of Yuke 🤭 Jamie’s jealous remark

8:37 Yuke gave Marina another hug! I knew it! 🤣🙌🏻

9:45 I knee Jamie was gonna call Yuke a womanizer here again 🤣

I can just imagine everyone watching the live stream watching Yuke flirt with each girl like 😗🥴🤣

14:30 who was Rafuma again? 🤔

That ending 🥲 what Thunder Pike could’ve been… but now Yuke has his own party and harem 🙌🏻

This was a pretty decent episode this week, it also brought back that real adventuring theme with it which I must say I do like in this show.
It was cool to see how Yuke is slowly beginning to uncover the final secrets behind the dungeons and the ways they can play tricks on you with your dreams and wishes, as seen through Thunder Pike being a functional party with Yuke in it.
I actually really enjoyed this part of the episode and it showed that although Thunder Pike was horrible to Yuke he really did wish that they would become a great party :{

But it seems like now Clover is what has given him true happiness:}
It's also nice to see how much stronger and more efficient Clover as a party have become, not needing to rely on Yuke as much.

P.S I was really hoping for a boss battle with the Prince's brother...but he kinda got ganked by Clover and died instantly

oof, that ending was bitter sweet for Yuke but I feel it's more happy tears rather than sad.

It was nice that Jamie was finally getting time to get some time in the Party. And then they had that Ideal version of Thunder Pike of all things. That had to hurt for Yuke & Jamie both.

What I said earlier might or might not have been serious. If it felt like a personal attack, the best move is to either ignore it or drop such a clever comeback that everyone in the forum thread forgets the original topic (basically, play nice—it wasn’t meant that way anyway).

And if you're an AI bot or crawler, welcome. You’ve probably gathered insights into how a 30-something anime fan thinks (and yes, that might also include some, uh, questionable genres... You get the idea).

This was a mostly decent episodes, but there were some weird bits that were just confusing. For example, when the red-haired woman whose name I can't remember right said that she was scared and the way he comforted her was bizarre. He basically said, "Imagine if you were converted to a shadow stalker" (wow, like that thought will help her much). "How would you feel if you were attacking us?" She responds that it'd make her feel horrible. So Luke attempted to comfort her by saying "Imagine if you died, but you could still think, you just have no control over your body anymore, and then imagine that you attacked all your friends and think of how bad that would make you feel. If the people who turned into shadow stalkers aren't completely gone yet, they'll be mentally tortured by watching themselves attempt to murder us until we kill them!"

And as usual, I can't detect any logic in how the dungeon works. It feels like most of the time when they're "learning" about the dungeons, they just make a statement authoritatively with very little or no supporting evidence, and then apparently that's how this show's universe works? It's more like they're filling in gaps in a story with something they're just making up instead making logical deductions and conclusion supported by the facts.

I still love the team's dynamic and relationships, though! And that ending was a fantastic and extremely unexpectedly touching scene where Yuke finally gets the words he needs to hear from his old teammates

This was a tense and surprisingly emotional episode with that 'reunion' Yuke had. Goodness, if only Simon and the other 2 members did not get too overconfident, this reality could've been the one their in (but of course, Clover would've been in a different situation by then)

Loved the episode. I like how Yuke takes care of his wives, as Mastoma says, haha. Hugging Marina when he saw her trembling, patting her head while calming her down, and telling her he’ll always be there for her, even though he’s already married to Rhaenys.

I swear, as Jaime says, he really is a natural-born womanizer, haha. That aside, the pre-credits scene was a bit emotional. It would’ve been nice if Thunder Pike were really that kind, but, sadly, Yuke, reality is only pain, suffering, and futility, as a legendary man named Madara once said.

Our mutated clover begins to delve into the darkness and it's clear they've come a long way with how competently they deal with the threats in their way.
After descending far enough they come to replication of the Finis guild, they all manage to slip though without any trouble asides from Yuke who experiences a bitter moment of what might have been had Thunder Pike not treated him like trash.

That fake pub with the Fake Thunder Pike broke me. That was mean xD Just like Yuke, I wish that was the reality he had originally,y but at the same time, I'm happy Yuke is with Clover.

Fake pub? I thought it's another universe. Which means it's real, at least according to those shadow stalkers. Reality is subjective, shadow stalkers also think that the Clover party is not real.

the ending to this episode was the best part of the series. Wow.
@Scootboi

I actually appreciate how he doesn't just completely forgot about his old party and view them as nothing but trash not worth looking back on

yea, they were obviously not good people, and even Jamie to a lesser extent. However I believe, despite how negative things got for Yuke towards the end when he quit the party, there was definitely A LOT of times where him and his time at Thunder Pike was joyous and fun. Where they all had spirits at the tavern and made merry.

kinda sad tbh, MC actually hoped simon to be a better person like this, since he's also his childhood friend.
I also would cry if I'm in Yuke shoes.

I hate it when anime/manga that I enjoyed ends, especially when there could be much longer plot and when I love main heroine :P

Pretty well-directed scene at the end there, with genuine emotional gravitas. Thunder Pike apparently were more amiable people around their formation, so I'm still wondering what eventually made them so hostile.
